Going during the early part of the day definitely has it's perks. Food was FRESH and hot. I still don't like that the servers don't like to serve full portions of food. Broken wrist syndrome runs rampant here. The only person that serves a decent portion is Patty. She's always pleasant too when serving. Don't go to Panda at night. They will disappoint you. Trust me...
Edit. This place has gone downhill fast. Food that used to be good is horrid old and greasy. Chicken teriyaki is little leftover bits - chopped so fine they could be fed to a baby. The chow mien has been sitting there so long it’s greasy and disgusting. Same with fried rice. If you order shrimp it’s 4 little measly bits that has no flavor.Don’t know what they did to this place but I won’t waste my money there again. Bye bye Panda Express. Overpriced grease.Ordered the chicken teriyaki, it is consistently good.I like that you have a choice on the sides and can substitute vegetables for either half or all the rice.Teriyaki sauce is just right, and I've always revived tender chicken, nice and lean.Food is fresh, and they even offer to let you taste a sample, if there's something new! Friendly and cheerful service. Restaurant is always clean. Food consistently good
Many franchises will not give you soy sauce, straws or napkins will out asking. Make sure to always ask.
Customer service is terrible! I went through the drive through the person who took my order was extremely aggressive and rushed me through my order. I started to get smart with her but instead I said a prayer and decided to write a review. Next time I’ll get names. Nobody should have to pay for terrible service.
Horrible customer service in drive thru, very rude, didn't give me half of my order then told me I had to drive through and come back around to get my son's free meal with ticket from school. Food portion was 1/3 of what it was supposed to be
It was late, around 830-9 o'clock, and they were making everything on the bar. I had to wait for 10 minutes or so, but in the end I got hot off the grill food.
If you want really good fresh Chinese food go to Dragon Garden in your valley he will not be disappointed and expensive and the quality and quantity is good I will never go to panda express car in your trunk they charge you a lot and give you very little if that’s it anywhere near being good
They are ok it's close to my home. I like that it's a drive through but my orders 70% is messed up/ wrong and even have to wait in parking lot for the food. I never go back to fix the order cus it's a pain so I unfortunately lose money over it by not getting what I paid for. But it's still nice to go every once in awhile when not wanting to cook for a night.
After checking my.order at window with me they still got it incorrect.
Very attentive, fresh food, you eat inside, but there are tables outside, I liked it, I recommend it, especially the attention.
