Cashier was extremely rude, tried too short me 3$ and the breakfast was want even hot the person working the window gave me my food didn’t ask me if I wanted cream or sugar with my coffee she just closed the window so fast before I could ask additional questions, smh waste of money definitely won’t be back. It’s the second terrible encounter so I just had to write a review
Chicken Mcgriddle's are really good. You can get 2 for a good deal. The sausage burrito combo, not worth the price.
Service is terrible, standing in line 10 minutes and no customer service, only worried about drive thru, 6 people infront of me no service either.
Really horrible customer service. The cashier got my order wrong and there were absolutely no sense of accommodating for that mistake. Leadership there seemed to be very abrasive and extremely dismissive. They seem to have absolutely no interest in creating a positive customer service experience
McDonalds is actually my favorite restuarant. But this one on L and 30th is the worst. I tried calling the customer service number on the receipt but it is disconnected. WHY IS THAT.
The young lady who took my order was super sweet. The lady who gave me my food at the window was very friendly as well. My happy meal was perfect
