Dam this just kills me. I always have hight hope for this mcdonald's but some how they let me down in some way. I had gone to this mcdonald's last night I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and shredded lettuce. When I go home it was a qtr pounder with extra onions. I call the next day to see if it could be fixed. The manager said yes it could be replaced. So I went to get it. When I got there everything was fine I got the replacement and went home. When I got home I look at my sandwich. I started to fix the patties do to them being slanted and there is was another mess up. The sandwich I ended up get have one qrt pounder pattie and one Mc double pattie. Like what the hell mcdonald's ,please take your time do things right. I pay good money and I should get what I pay for.Update: I did return to the McDonald's and they had no problem fixing the issue and replacingly sandwich thank you
I sat there and watched them take back fries and put it back in the fryer and give it to someone else! Your order will never be correct! No matter how many times you go back and forth. Corprate need to come out and watch there workers!
Walk inside to order and there was a guy taking orders as soon as I walk up he doesn’t say anything and just takes off goes into the lobby and starts cleaning . Just leaves me there standing and no one else help out - had to use Mobil app to place my order
I was sick for hours after eating a quarter pounder, couldn't even eat the soggy floppy French fries they were gross. They "couldn't" redeem my points even after the app code was used or refund me or manually override for their mess up. So my points were wrongfully taken anyhow. It's always something missing, or something yuck here. Even the apple slices were going bad. Most UNhappy meals my kids have had.
The employees are ALWAYS friendly here and their ice cream machine is never broken (lol) best vanilla shakes EVER ! We come at least 2-3 times a week just for the shakes !
Most McDonald’s have all day breakfast or at least breakfast sandwiches like biscuits and mcgriddles until 2pm. It’s ridiculous that at 11am they are not doing any type of breakfast sandwiches.
I showed up at 6:10 to get food for my colleges at work and I was told “no food only drinks”. I expected more from the worlds biggest fast food chain. If you open at 6 than I would think that means open and ready to serve.
I've been coming to this one, for close to 10yrs. And I haven't had a complaint. Even the homeless ppl, they don't bother you like they isially do.
Loved the place. They are really working hard!!!
Everything is always great here, but this day not only did they missed giving us condiments. My deluxe breakfast had only pancakes. And no hash brown for none of our breakfast combos.
