I ordered a 40 piece nugget and fries I ordered curbside pickup and decided to walk into the store to ask that they prepare fresh fries and nuggets and I wouldn't mind the wait, I mean I was just sitting in the car. Why did they walk out with a bag full of re fried nuggets. How do I know because they were burnt. No way you can burn nuggets come on now. Its a shame because the food is already trash we spend the money for the food, its literally like we are at the mercy of what they give us and its not fair
Everyone that was working there was just standing around. Just talking to eachother and the pregnant Manger was just leaning over all of the bags... all I order was a drink so I thought it would be quick to get bc I had to catch the bus that was coming in 5 mins. After they took my order they just went back to what they were doing?I was like what is happening here. It took me waiting for 3 mins to make a PSA by saying "all I ordered was a drink, I have to catch the bus and I don't really feel like waiting for the next one." And then everyone jumped up from what they were doing (nothing) and started making it. I was like bruh. Seems like everyone one is getting paid to chill out. Mbn.2/10 pretty mid
Made us go out the drive through to park in front of the restaurant to wait for our food they never gave us our food after 25 minutes waiting outside I went in to ask what was going on they said they gave our food to some one else and gave us our money back omg this was so disappointed didn't even offer to remake our food And mo apology or nothingthis place is so bad
Yuck !!! Food is always semi hot at best. Filet-o-Fish sandwiches were fair (overpriced)...asked for freshly cooked fries...they were semi warm...Seems the cook does not know how to time his orders. I have been to places where the fries were so hot they almost burned my mouth, and the burger patties were very hot...Not Here. The Cook is clueless. Probably my last time at any McDonalds...Greed and profit seems to be the main concern at McDonalds.
Drive threw was forever and there food is not that good. Please change your oil the food looks dark brown instead of golden crispy
You guys have a new hire name Deajah I believe or Deajjah, she was so nice and helpful. Honestly over the top in customer service if ya asked me lol. But overall I love this location always have! Keep up the good work and keep the young lady from out the back. We love the conversation while waiting for our food !
Spent $77 getting food for the teenagers and my wife and I. The burgers were cooked on one side only until they were burnt. They were not cooked on the other side AT ALL! My filet o fish sandwich patties were so overcooked they were less than 1.5" on any side and was like biting into fish jerky. The chicken sandwiches were also overcooked and like jerky and the nuggets were mostly hard, oil soaked, and puffed so when you ripped one open (a difficult task with how tough they were). I called the store but they have a recording that says the line is busy. They have no intentions of ever answering the phone number provided on the receipt. Its a fake number to a recording. I then made a complaint to the McDonalds restaurant feedback email. I received a response that they would look into it. Four days later, Allison, the shift manager responsible for the shift crew who provided the horrendous meal, called and apologized. She told me that if I come in with the receipt, she would refund the entire amount. Since I ordered over the app I had the receipt in my emails. I drove to the restaurant and present ed the receipt to Allison. Allison then called her manager and returned saying she couldn't refund any money but she could give me food today (for an order from 4 days ago for teenagers I didn't have). I didn't want or need food today and asked her why she called my and promised me a refund? She said "SHE WAS TRYING TO HELP ME!!! I asked her how she was trying to help and she told me that was all she could do. So Allison lied to me, brought me back to the store, and then both insulted and embarrassed me in front of other customers. The owners of this franchise need to take a hard look at their management staff. The fact they are intentionally cooking food improperly is a lawsuit AND criminal! It's time for this ownership group to pay the price for risking the public's health in this way.
I ran into this McDonald's conveniently sharing a building with a Chevron gas station. I ordered one sweet tea and one frozen coke (delicious). I did not use the terminals thy provide there to place my order. Call me old fashioned but I prefer to walk up to the register and place my order with another warm blooded body....the McDonald's employee appeared busy with orders piling up in the drive thru, however she did acknowledge me with a kind smile and about one minute later she took my order. I waited about 4-5 mins for another employee to make my beverages. I was thanked for my service and both employees made sure I was all set with cup holder, straws, and believe it or not napkins!! Wow! It's always the little things that make such a big difference.
I ordered in their app, waited curbside for my order for way too long. Three homeless people seem to be living right there. One kept screaming go away! I went to the drive thru and waited in line to finally get my order. Both McDonald's near my house have so many homeless begging while you're trying to order. It's ridiculous! Where's Garcetti and Newsom? Doing nothing as usual.
