Food is okay ... Not bad at all .. But the wait is wild

This place has some very good food, the chicken is hot and juicy, but I waited 25 to 30 minutes just for a chicken sammich,n fries. They cldve at least let me know when I was ordering that it was gna be that long, I wldve went elsewhere, please, please call in ur order 25 minutes ahead of time. Sheesh...this place is understaffed and they're still packed with patrons used to waiting that long for their food. Ay Caramba!!!
Request fresh and hot chicken or they might give you the pieces that's been sitting there too long to be considered fresh and hot. But other than that the food is good and service is good too.

The wait tends to be extremely long however when everyone in Lancaster is ordering from them what do you expect?They are extremely overworked and understaffed and not appreciated!!! ???
