This is the third time I eat at louis and I think the last time, the first and second time the food and service it was good but this Friday I asked for huevos rancheros and coffee, they gave me a nasty food not even my dog could eat it they gave me cold and hard corn tortillas never offer more coffee never gave sugar for my coffee, then I stand up I asked for some tosted bread they never gave me the bread, my son asked French toast eggs and bacon but the bacon it was hard not crispy everybody it was making complain because the food and service I'm not going to recommend this restaurant to anyone

The breakfast was good. The area is rough. I will do drive thru from now on. The price is very reasonable

Had a steak dinner which was so good. The steak was grilled and tender and was really flavorful.
This place has exceptional food and customer service I do enjoy eating there it's good for personal dishes and family dining.
Went here today Jan 24th @ 8:44 order a wet burrito and a burger combo as me and my son was eating we found two pieces of h hair in my burrito and my son found a long strong of hair in his cup of soda
Next time don't put Sandwich cheese on my Omelette that is so low budget and my toast was kinda dark smh but the omelette was good even tho I asked for bacon and y'all still put ham instead
I would give them no stars if I could. I received a flyer in the mail and all of the food looked wonderful but when I got to the drive-thru the cashier was super ghetto and the food was super nasty I ordered four double cheeseburgers and fries and a crispy chicken sandwich all of it was nasty I gave them one chance and I won't try anything else seeing that the menu looked really really good I might try this same restaurant in another city I think it might just be the Lancaster location. ?????
