Im extremely angry, frustrated, and disappointed. The service at this location is ridiculous. I waited 40 minutes for my order and to top it off they got the order wrong. I requested to refund me my money and that I no longer wanted the pizza. It’s been two weeks and they haven’t refunded nothing. One of the employees claimed to be the manager and then the second time I went she said that the store manager wasn’t there and this was coming from the same employee. This is the worst management ever. I can’t imagine how much money they have stolen from different people. Wait there’s more….. I told her that my receipt said voided and not refunded and she mentioned that both terms are the same in their system. Incorrect they aren’t the same young lady void is one thing and refund is another. There is seriously something really illegal happening with peoples money.
This employee is in need of money Be on the lookout for this employee My experience with little Caesars pizza on Avenue K and 10th St. west one of the employees took my order and told me to wait 15 minutes I came back and my pizza wasn’t ready she told me if I can come back in 20 minutes I say no I want my Pizza because I have been waiting 15 minutes I do not know if this was personal but as an employer you should have customer service and if I was the manager I will pulled out two pizzas from her oven on the back Where she was standing She decided to kick me out even though I pay for my pizza and instead of refunding my money I had to wait 2 to 3 business days for that money to be posted She told me if she make my pizza I have to leave the lobby in the end of this commotion she didn’t give me my received or my money back basically I got robbed by the manager of little Caesars. This employee was rude and unprofessional I told her I will come back strong and I will make sure she will not get employee in the Lancaster area I feel if you don’t like your job you should quit and be a little bit respectful Just remember the same way you treat People is the same way you get treated. Do not treat this employee with respect and if you see her tell her about the review so she’ll be aware.
I will never go back to a little Ceasars pizza again because of this. I ordered a regular cheese pizza with no sauce. Then added crazy sauce on it. It cost me 11.90 for a pizza that cost everyone else 6.99. So I know the crazy sauce is 2 dollars to add. So if we do the math that shouldn't have cost me more than 10 dollar's even with tax. So how did I get charged 2 extra dollars for removing the marinara sauce on my pizza. They told me that removing the sauce made it a custom pizza so it's now 7.99. Even with that ridiculous thinking, there is still 1 dollar extra being charged. Then when I questioned them and explained it, they told me that's just what it cost. The Lancaster little Ceasars pizza on 10th st. west is so crooked I can't explain it. Don't go there and if you do check your pricing.
WORST WORST WORST WORST EVER.I always order mi pizza online and then it tells me wen it ready to pick up. The last 10times I’ve gone mi pizza is not in the portal it shows my name but no pizza so I ask wers my pizza and always they say it’s gonna take 20+ minutes and I’m like why would u guys push it trough like it’s done?????? Uggghhhh so frustrating.. Pizza Hut here we come
The pizzas were tiny, the crust bread was burnt, and the pizza was dry. Didn't like the food.

Pizza was hot fresh and ready to go and their new breadsticks the cheese the cheese breadsticks with the pepperoni on the top the Italian one or whatever they call it is the best

When your whole business model is Walk In Get A Pizza and you walk in and they have NO PIZZA and you're greeted by an unfriendly unapologetic staff member who says 45 minutes to an hour for a pizza... then I guess even a one star is too much.Head on over to Vons, picked up a $5 frozen pizza, went home and 30 minutes later had a nice hot meal.Very disappointed. You're failing at your unique selling proposition
Does this place have a manager cuz theres a line a people and nobody has come to the front to even ask if they been help or to check if there orders are ready they need somebody to really take charge and actually manage this place smh
