I'm disgusted. I love it here but they have been slacking to the point of no return. The pot pie was just a big bowl of shredded chicken. Nothing else but dark meat chicken I have photos. No buns for sandwiches, no lids for sides, no cookies for combos, after waiting in a drive thru for over 30 minutes and the staff complaining about being short staffed and basically crying in front of us yelling at her coworkers to go faster in front of me. I'm so sick of this place, how hard is it to keep stuff stocked up and ready to go. I have complained to corporate and I will continue to complain until something is done.
They had a sign out for a deal. I ordered it then they said that it was over so they could not do it. Then remove the sign when the deal is over and not have people come to your restaurant and then try to have then have to order something more expensive. That is called a Bait and switch. Then I wad asked if I wanted sauce with the expensive option I had t chose and they were out of the one I wanted. So I decided to cancel my order, and the drive through wait was about 8 minutes. I have never been so disappointed with a KFC before.
Were the employees high?? I don't know. But they intentionally sold me items they didn't have. They acted as if they had never heard of unsweet tea. They gave us pink water in two different cups; we asked for water. And with the items they had in stock, they actually got the rest of the order wrong with more missing food. And the worst part of all, nobody answered the phone so I could correct the issue before driving back. I called ten times. No answer. Seriously, this is the absolute last time I spend my hard earned money at KFC. I don't know who reads these, but if you do...trust me, find a different chain.
We didn't get our sauces, or biscuits. We ordered online and the food said it was ready at 18:56. We got there at 19:03 and waited in the drive thru until 19:18. The employees didn't say anything just handed us bags through the window and when we checked our food and told them we were missing our biscuits we waited 3 more minutes to get them.
Amara was extremely rude and unprofessional, she looked like she hated her job ! Came for food ended up getting attitude for no reason at all .
They never have what you want , poor management some of the window workers have attitudes problems don't need to be working there

Chicken wasn't ready. Soda was flat. Just a terrible experience for someone hungry. Several people were really really patient. After waiting 10 minutes after the 5 I was told it would take, I got two very small sample sized thighs. Very disappointed because in the past things were a kit better.
LAST NIGHT IWENT TO KFC ON EAST AVN J FOR CHICKEN BEEN THERE 2 TIMES BEFOR WAS NOT GOOD , BUT LAST NIGHT WAS THE WORST WE HAVE EVER HAD THE TIME WAS 3 53 PM PAID 35$ THE CHICKEN MUST HAVE BEEN IN THE WARMER ALL DAY WAS SO DRY IT WAS SO BAD WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN I I WAS IN THE DRIVE THROUGH NO CARS IN FRONT OF ME SO NOW I KNOW WHY THE CHICKEN WAS SO BAD I GOT THE 10 PEACE FEAST BUT IT WAS NO FEAST AT ALL 35$SIDES WERE OK BUT NOT THE CHICKEN SO THATS ME DONE WITH KFC
They were out of regular Chicken wth! I bought strips instead got home and realized they didn't give me my biscuits wth again.
