Went to the restaurant to go in to purchase food to go, doors were locked no answer went around to the drive-through was told to pull up to the window purchase $30 for the food. Was not able to eat any of it it was cold, biscuits for hard could not even soften them in a microwave along with the chicken no answer when trying to make contact afterwards. This is certainly no way treat a person with a disability which was obvious well being on oxygen I could not go back I'll get an answer
HORRIBLE service..didn't get our biscuit..so after spending $30.00 we go back thru the drive thru..(because indoor dining was closed..).. he tells us to pull around to the window to have him question us like we were trying to get over on him for a biscuit that they didn't put in our bag so after being treated as if we did something wrong as our food sat there getting cold.. we get the biscuit and we pull around and was sitting in the parking lot and the worker..(.. got off work or went on a lunch break..)..got in his car drove by us honked the horn flipped us off and sped off.. nearly wrecked doing it..I find that very rude.. childish.. and not professional and I will never eat there again..
So many mistakes, so I'll list a few. Paid for large pot and gravy, got tiny little side sizes. 3 or 4 times no pot pies even before the sun goes down, and even if you do get pie, no cookie!Dr pepper odas always a bit off. Paid for pot pie combo, got something like mashed potatoes with chicken sprinkled on top. Tried to exchange it, I brought food and receipt back, zip. Tried TWICE! Shall I go on..terrible service. Maybe worse than del taco..close
This place is racist two unmasked customers were served in front of me when I get to the cashier he says I need a mask I said what about them why did you serve two people the same race as you with no mask but yet I need a mask for having different skin never again
This kfc never gives me my cheese when I add it on my chicken sandwiches also never puts pickles on my chicken littles I always have to go back inside for them to do it right
Its was good but the amount they gave us was very small half full of mashed potatoes in got the 12 piece dinner it was $40 the price's of food has gone up but they should at least give you a good amount on the sides
Horrible food, meat was old and smelled, my money was refunded because the manager couldn't take the smell. Just gross. Be careful.
This place is horrible, just went there Sun December 19th at 8:15 pm no chicken ordered 2 classic chicken sandwich combos the sandwich looks terrible threw a ton of mayo on it then gave me the sides they wanted me to have not what I ordered. And did not give me the drinks. When we sat there honking the horn they did not acknowledge us. Paid $17 for nothing. Then one guy came talking about they had a Christmas party and everyone left and they had no food. Everyone needs to be FIRED!!! KFC is the worst never ever will I spend money here.
Payed for mash potatoes I never received , and they don’t answer their phones to avoid complains , 1 star for the inconvenience of having to go back
This is the worst KFC anybody could ever go to on Avenue I and 10th St. west literally they never have any chicken past 7 o’clock first of all second of all the customer service there is horrible they’re all little kids and they don’t have no type of manners nor were they raised with any type of manners the manager is a kid herself and she doesn’t even know what’s right and wrong like they’re very rude and disrespectful the whole entire staff I don’t even know why this place is still here literally should just knock it down and put something better and productive.
