Great place and for people that have a EBT card you can use it here, even in the drive thru
I don't like fast food much but, my husband and son are hooked on the mini tacos with guacamole not bad tho I just don't like the powder cheese they put on them
I ordered through the app and never received my order but they got money so now I have to go to the bank and get it back second time it's happened at this Jack in the Box called there & spoke to the manager Linda and she was very rude to me
I've rediscovered the jumbo jack i guess because lately it's been mighty tasty. and the service has improved tremendously. for about 5 years, every single time i stopped by, my order was wrong and I needed to go back because something was always missing. now it's much better and the food tastes better as well
Terrible customer service I'd give zero stars or negative if I could, they li.it Howard coupons ypu can use at drive thru, even though they closed the lobby, I wanted to add an extra frie to my order and they wanted me to go thru the drive thru again, took my money else where
Linda the manager was so helpful and kind. There was a system malfunction and she made sure we were able to get our in a helpful and kind manner. Definitely appreciated the service!
It's alright, it does take them a second to get your food out but when they do its nice and hot. Their customer service is average, they do get to you eventually and are helpful. Also I noticed they started taking orders on an iPad looking thing like Chik-Fil-A and/or In-N-Out which is nice and all but they need bigger signs because they are way too small to read.
I love this place. I go all the time. They messed up my order once and fixed the issue. The only thing is I wish they wouldn't run out of salsa all the time. My breakfast burrito ? be on hit with it.?
It's a fast food place but it's always very crowded and the wait for my food was kinda a long wait as well but overall it's a great spot if your looking for a great burger
