They wanted us to back up so they can have good time but then not be so fast with our order. They also gave us older fries and forgot one of my burgers because they didn't charge me.

Best little tacos around now you get them nacho style they use to have in abig box now there in 15 for 350 good food good price way to go jack
So ridiculous they cant even remember our order im so mad we had to come back for what we paid for and waisted gas wow and ill never go back again ???
No one wants regular fries from Jack in a box. Every worker that's cashier taking an order should always ask if they want regular or curly. Dumb manager at night shift didn't ask, got our order wrong, and didn't give a straw. I know it's Lancaster but this is the worst experience I ever had at a fast food restaurant. Never go here
This restaurant requires you to show your vaccine cards or no service.Will not be returning. One employee aggressively knocked on the bathroom door and demanded that person to show their vaccine card. I would also love to note that there was a Caucasian couple COMPLETELY UNMASKED there and not a single word was said to them.
Went last night to purchase 2 tacos which came out to $2.46......the employee at the drive thru apparently wasnt paying attention or did not know what she was doing but she ended up charging me $51.46 was very upset they refunded me back my money but now i have to wait a few days for my funds to be available.
I bought the cheesy cheeseburger meal, and two tacos. I notice that that it is not 2 tacos for 99 cents anymore oh, it's two tacos for 1.49 but still taste good. I I think they have the best taco.
Can do better with customer service.
