I gave this place an Old review of good ratings but now I'm going to have to change it lately the chicken patties with the spicy chicken or the spicy nacho chicken those patties are not cooked there are times where I crunch to it when I chew, so now I always have to ask them for it to be well done.Please cook the food thoroughly I always hate having to ask it well done but it's never cooked all the way, thank God I haven't been sick yet.
This particular jack and the box is awesome. Order is always correct and hardly have to wait. Clean restaurant and friendly service.
Day time shift seems to be always rushing and giving me cold food.3rd time I ordered 2 tacos and they give them to me cold and w the cheese not melted and the tacos are always soggy and fall apart. Where's the crunch of the taco part at? Night time shift seems to always give them to me properly cooked for some reason they taste better at night like they are freshly made and haven't been sitting out for hrs.
Place literally smells like sewage and butter. I had to walk out. Lancaster is hit and miss

It's fast food so I can't say much about the food but the drive thru service was quick and efficient. Something I am not use to in New Orleans.
We were pleased with order taker and the gal that took our payment and gave our drinks and asked us to drive up to a door right a building and wait. We waited until the car was coming out. So we moved around parked in a space.. we left stopped to pass out food, when we found out we're missing curly fry went in with receipt. Came out with a curly fry. No problems at all thank you
It seems like all jack in a box now run a standard practice of asking people to pull to the front of the store to get their food from drive thru, they do this to make it seem as if their drive times are good. Not only is this morally wrong but it also angers the customer, please do better. I've already had a few bad experiences with this , this last time was the last straw not only will I now respond with a " no thank you" when asked to pull up front but I will also be contacting corporate about it.
This place has the friendliest staff, I actually had a problem with a different Jack In The Box on 10th St W and so I came to this Jack In The Box instead. Brian was the one who helped me and not only did he help me with ordering but he also resolved my issue that I had with the other store which he had no obligation to do so. Great service!
When I spot EBT accepted Ifound myself one Happy Camper. It’s hard to find fast food places to eat because I don’t have any source of income..The line for drive thru doesn’t take to long to get your order done. Service folks are polite andI myself haven’t had anything go wrong.I recommend trying it out..
