Very prompt service at the drive-thru and friendly staff but both my wife and I were underwhelmed by the size of the patties. My double double looked like a single cheese-stuffed patty with cheese on top. Kind of disappointing for the price you pay and being a very satisfied long-time customer of In-N-Out in general. Everything else was great.
Almost one o'clock A .M. and I was craving Animal Style French Fries from my local In & Out burger. The drive thru was about a 10 minute wait (considering the massive amount of cars, ten minutes was more than worth it!!) Pulling up to the intercom I hear a very lively, polite, and enthusiastic voice happy to take my order and insure it's correctness. As I pull up to the drive thru window I get to put a face and a name to the voice Steven Lo. That young man had a smile that stretched from ear to ear . His appearance was bright eyed and fresh as if just coming on shift. His chipper personality definitely brightened my night and I drove out of the drive thru with that same contagious smile and one satisfied craving!! Tyvm!
I was out of town at a doctor's appointment and I thought I would grab a hamburger for a quick bite. The wait was reasonable and the food was delicious. The burger is 390 calories with 39 carbs and 16 grams of protein. Not bad for about 3 bucks. It fueled me for the 3 hour drive home!
Great California style burger experience attentive service for a fast food chain at a reasonable price! Double double burger (no tomato) with animal style (Well done) fries. The patty was seasoned properly with crisp edges and a juicy center, as expected with a smash style burger. Sometimes you can finish with a soggy mess if you choose animal style on the burger. The bun was toasted well and the lettuce and onion complimented the popular burger sauce. The fries are poor compared to other burger joints but that's just a well known compromise with In n Out. Staff were friendly and were actively keeping the area clean.
Always busy, hustling fast hard working employees, make this So. Cal Landmark of Hamburger Great Franchises, is continued on with success in this location. Busy as any In-N+OUT burger facility. Can't beat their old fashioned style of great hamburgers, fries, shakes, as if it were the days of sock hop soda pop. Always a line, but is worth the wait, and the wait is minimal for as many customers as constantly patronize this location.
Had a double meat burger, grilled onions, extra pickles with light lettuce and it tasted so delicious and fresh. Noticed the pickle chips were cut extra thick and this definitely added to the experience for me. Hope In-n-Out keeps this change.
Great tasting food, very good prices and a wonderful staff working here. Not as packed as the other In-And-Out burger locations, but still it can get busy. I only waited about 15 minutes and got my order. The drive through line moved fairly fast!
Excellent! Just can’t beat these fresh hamburgers and fries and a good ol Coke. Fast service and even the young lady Sage was pleasant to talk to while we gobbled down.
Havent been to an In-N-Out for at least 14 years, decided to show my wife from the east coast what they're about, and they definitely lived up to my nostalgia. The drive-thru line was around the parking lot and into the street so we went into the lobby and ordered to-go, we were out in 10 minutes, totally satisfied.Glad they're open so late!
Was going to stop at the Lanaster Ave. K store but the drive through line was out in the street. Love the double double but not if I need to wait 30 mins run my car in the drive through. ?
