I rarely ever ad a review. But they are surprisingly understaffed. They were clearly struggling to get the guests order right. I understand because I am in the service industry. But I’m on one vs many you are justified in their displeasing of their service. They won’t understand. I know it’s easy for me to say but they definitely need more staff their and it will give them time to get the guests orders right at the very least.
My wife/I went toInternational House Of Pancakeson Ave K in Lancaster, CA. on 4/22/22.We arrived at 1000hrs. and had to wait to be seated. I asked for a window sheet due to not wanting to be seated at a middle table.There was another couple that arrived after us and was sited in the same section. We waited 20 minutes and the waitress never arrived then a couple with a child was seated next us and within5 minutes the waitress arrived to take there order. I looked over at the couple that came in after us and there food was already being delivered. At 1021hrs I informed my wife to let's go. We will never return ever again to anotherInternational House Of Pancakes due to being treated this way.I served in the United States Army and don't like being treated like I don't exist. I will let all my colleagues know about this place.It's a shame that in 2022 discrimination against interracial couples is still going on.
I’ve been going to dennys for the longest time, then I decided to give this guys a try.We got the chicken fried stake which not only was still cold but when I saw the pancakes I was trying to figure out the size since they where the smallest things I have seen and super dry. Look I am one of those people that pays good for food and tip for good service. I like to try things once and stick when it’s good but sorry this place did not cut it for me…based on my experience I am sticking to Denny’s.
The food was really good, fast service even though it was busy at the time?
The store is horrible everytime I have gone here I have had a horrible experience. The few times I have order from this store my food was undercooked or completely raw and the only good thing was the drinks. I had come and got two iced coffees for my mother and I and they were made wrong and we're way to bitter. The staff has given my mother and I additude when we have come in I'd advice saving money and going somewhere else maybe the Denny's down the road
Honestly, I love the food. Server had a bad day, explained that people dine and dash there. Her attitude was justified, but she was kind.
The new $6.00 and up menu is great for a big family
We just ordered food from this restaurant through DoorDash. A few things were very disappointing. They forgot the side of bacon. The chicken fried steak was ice cold and very hard to cut. It had a horrible stale taste like it had been cooked hours before my order came in. I ordered crispy hash brown and got soggy.Bad food, bad chefs.
The waitress was great but the prices have gotten outrageous. No wonder the place is empty. Even the Happy Hour menu is over- priced. Restaurants like this made it because it was affordable and great for family's on a budget, but the pricing is like high end fine dining. To get the Happy Hour plain burger and fries (no changes) is now $8.00. Before drink or taxes.. that is cheap" Happy Hour."Restaurants don't make back the cost by raising menu prices..Customer Satisfaction, (Quality, ) Customer Service, (Giving Something Unique, ) portion control, proper ordering and rotation of goods, having specials to draw people in.. all help in making g the bottom line PROFIT.. NOT RISING PRICES ON THE PEOPLE THAT MADE YOUR NAME WHAT IT IS..
I’ve been to this location before never had this problemMy server was JESSICA ,And I wasn’t properly servedI Felt very uncomfortable with the way me and my family were treated …She did the opposite with her other customers I feel it was just us .I felt discriminated.Messed up my sons order which I understand this happens sometimes but had to wait a bit longer for his food to come ..She could’ve fixed that problem with excellent service and a great attitude but now I Had to ask for sugar for my ice tea ,Ketchup ,A1 sauce ,Syrup & A refill and to mention I had to ask someone else for this stuff …I understand how this dining work goes I once was a server at dennys For many years and to be treated like this makes me very upset .
