Buffet was not good! They need new cooks! $30 dollars buffet for dollar store desserts. It was a mess in there! At one point they had beans sitting in the open for about a hour. The person making omelets didn’t know what he was doing. All the fresh waterswere hot! NEVER AGAIN!
Had reservation for 9am and arrived to find out that they would not open until 9:30am. Mother’s Day brunch with other people waiting outside for their 9am reservation. Called while waiting outside and the girl stated we open at 9:30am and dismissed the fact that she had at least 25 people waiting with 9am reservations.
Poor quality food and service. Overpriced. 45mins to get our food. Nobody bringing refills on drinks but overloaded us on chips and salsa.the 3rd batch of chips they brought were either old and stale or they weren't cooked all the way.Carne asada burrito was literally all beans. Fajitas steak was overcooked and only 3 shrimps on the plate. The chicken was good.They need a new chef and better service. It didn't use to be this way.Way too overpriced. You can get better quality for less money elsewhere.
I was actually surprised about how nice and super clean the place inside is, from the outside it looks like it can use a Lil touch up. The service here was good, the food I can say was unexpectedly delicious ? oh and they are pretty good about serving at a proper time frame, prices are ok for the food given! ? only issue was the music was super loud felt like I was at a night club lol other then that great place!
The service was decent but wasn't offered chips or salsa. The restaurant was way to dark inside. The tables were so wobbly I spilled my beer. They have raised their prices since I've been in. Almost doubled!
This place is such a massive disappointment. It used to be so good, and for such a long time! I'm 38 and had been going here since I was a kid. It was my favorite restaurant for so long but after our last few visits, we are officially done. The quality of the food is terrible. Their chicken tortilla soup was my absolute favorite, but it's awful now. The chicken is terrible quality and totally flavorless. Just tastes like plain boiled chicken. They didn't even cut it into bite size pieces, the chunks are huge. Total came out to $28 for a burrito and a bowl of soup. The prices have been jacked up and the quality is in the toilet. No more.
NOT LIKE IT USED TO BE The food was absolutely trash!!! I called the manager to let him know the platter we got was completely un edible!!! I started to feel sick with in secs of eating this food!! The manager did nothing!!! I spent $50 at this place just to get sick ? DO NOT GO!!!!!!
Had a horrible experience my waitress was the worst. Constantly walking away when trying to ask for things. Did not follow instructions mess up my check. The food was ok but the service was terrible. Bathrooms we even a mess. Never going again not worth it.
Half of my food was cold. Food was extremely bland. Service was horrible. Food took almost 50 minutes to get to our table and the restaurant wasn’t busy. Ordered 5 meals and we received them at different times. Felt weird eating while the others were waiting. So we waited. Then my food was even more cold. Was hoping to enjoy it since it was my first time there but I highly do not recommend this place.
Came here based on the looks of the restaurant from the outside. Really regret it. Service was not good. I ordered the mixed fajitas and it was horrible the meat was chewy with no flavor. Onions and bell peppers also had zero flavor. Only good thing was the horchata and the chips with salsa. I wouldn't recommend this place. It is the worst food that I've had at a restaurant probably ever.
