The fish was absolutely raw both pieces and we ordered a hamburger combo with pickle only. We got the drink and fries; but no hamburger for my daughter. Yeah I won’t be going back, plus they don’t even answer the phone.

My second time they messed up my order. Check your bag and food before you take off because you will be disappointed when you get home to find out they gave you something you didn’t want and the only offer is to exchange it to what I wanted but gas is expensive to drive back and forth. Food is good but bad customer service . They never give me a recipe that describes what I was charge for also.
Always very busy and ALWaYS worth the wait. True hidden ? gem of Lancaster. I believe they now also offer a second location that stays open an hour later off H& 10th W. Amazing food Amazing ice cream and shakes.
The service is bad but it's a greasy spoon. You come for the salty tasty food that you know you shouldn't eat anyway-not the customer service.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION, THE WORKERS ARE LAZY AND THEY GIVE YOU FOOD THAT SOMEBODY DIDNT WANT ANYMORE HOPING THAT SOMEBODY ORDERS SO THEY DONT HAVE TO MAKE A FRESH ORDER. ITS RIDICULOUS NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN
