Aeromatic seasoned rotisserie chicken that is crispy outside and tender inside. They used to have 1/2 and whole chicken but now its by pieces only. Still delicious. The sweet churro desert tops the meal off perfectly. Great for families.Plenty of parking in the plaza that can accommodate large vans and SUVs. No outdoor seating. Plenty of tables indoor.
El Pollo Loco is Top 5 all time for me, and this location is my favorite in the AV. Not that it’s perfect every time but I’ve had the best experience overall here. The rancho vista Blvd location has disappointed me too many times. If your in the area, valley central way location is worth the extra few miles for Eli pollo loco die hards.
We tried the specials. Baja Shrimp and Barria tacos. They were very good, although the Shrimp tacos were a bit spicy hot.
The chicken tacos were on point, the device was quick, the window severs knew their product well
This is by far the worst el pollo i have ever went to. the food is never hot, the last time i went i ordered birria tacos, the beef in tacos was mushy tacos were cold. i wont be back i just went there because its close to my house the one on 10th st west is better. And the workers are nicer
Went through drive through they are pretty damn fast every time I go. Love that and I loooove their churros ? Best I have ever had. Chicken is really good, just wish they were bigger pieces or had more meat on them.
I've been going to this El pollo loco since I've lived here and honestly in the last year they've just got cheap and lazy. They don't even give you enough sauce for your salad. Also each time you ask for an extra one they always have an attitude. Needs better management and workers. Will not be going to this one anymore.
The cashier Miguel was extremely respectful, courteous, and professional. We need more employees like him.The young man who presented my food, Marco, was extremely professional, respectful, and friendly. We need more people like him too.
I absolutely love their Mac & cheese, loaded with so much cheese. Not a fan of the Cole slaw but the chicken is very good.
Actually this El Pollo Loco is more my choice when I'm looking to go to a boil local they're friendly their food is fresh and when I'm in the Drive-Thru they take my order there listening and if I have any questions they're likely to answer them with a great attitude which is very important in today's society
