Great Service and Enthusiastic workers! I get my large Kicker at least once a week. Drive thru is fast and on point!
First time there, I had to wake up at 430am to get there at 5am when they open, because later in the morning or afternoon forget it tooooo long of a line. I ordered 3 different drinks to get an idea of how their product is. Not bad. I just have to plan my order before going.
Everything I've had here, coffee and rebels, has been good. All 3 flavors of muffin top are good as well.My favorite order: Large Double Torture Iced and an Orange Cranberry Muffin Top
My go to spot instead of the one on the west side. I'm just a regular bumpkin, so I'm not a big coffee person. Whenever I go here the service is usually great and always get my drinks likely i want them. They are always friendly and the wife always gets her regular here with no hiccups. My overall experience is always great and I do love the shark attack! Keep up the great work!
Some people are okay but they definitely do NOT hold the Dutch culture. I've been going to Dutch for many many years prior to it coming to lancaster. Never have I met a staff so rude and a manager who doesn't do anything to help a situation. Called corporate and needless to say I will never return to this location. I will go to Starbucks before this awful establishment. I really would have preferred to given stars.
So I like getting an iced coffee in at Dutch Bros and usually order it with "light ice" since I feel like the regular amount is too much. However, it seems like at least 2/3 times I get regular ice or even more than regular. I'll get a medium and the ice will be filled up to the top. I basically get a full cup of ice sometimes. Is there anything I'm supposed to say to be more specific about light ice? Every time this has happened to me I've never really told the barista since I didn't want to seem like a diva. But is there a good way to let the barista know in these sort of situations to get the drink redone with "light ice"? I just want what I paid for and that wasn't for a cup of ice.
First time going there. The Coffee was tasty. The Young Lady that took ( Outside in a line of cars.) my order was very polite and helpful with my order. I'll be back again. But there is always a line of cars. Busy Coffee ☕️ Stop.
There are always long lines but it’s totally worth the wait! This place is awesome for anyone because they have great coffee, iced teas, and ALL SORTS of yummy lemonades. I try something new every time I go and have yet to be disappointed. Also, the staff is always very very friendly and knowledgeable 10/10 recommend :)
When they first opened the lines were insanely long but now that time has settled, just your average wait time. The staff are always so friendly. Good start to your day or pick me up. Coffee is great! Get the app, stack up those rewards.
Coffee is mildly ok really not the best like people have said there is not regular black coffee or even and Americano. Wait times are in to 20-50min range depending on the time you go. Drinks are all super sweet. I honestly think 7Eleven has better coffee than this place
