Love their strawberry refresher with coconut milk!
So far I’ve used the drive thru a couple times and each time it was a good experience and the drinks are good.
Me and my friend had came through the drive thru & got poor service from employee. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the drinks are okay. But other than that- they were unhelpful, lacked friendliness . Lacked everything
Second time I come to this location and they don't have any donuts. Bad customer service through drive thru.

Always slow & out of oat milk. Im not one to leave a low rating review but I am beyond tired of their service here. The drive thru wait is so long to where I can be waiting anytime from 5-30mins, not exaggerating. Sometimes I've waited for a long time and ended up with my order being wrong or by the time I pull up to the window they're out of oat milk or a bakery item I've been wanting. On many occasions they are out of oat milk and unfortunately I don't like the way the latte tastes with other milk options so it's just a disappointment every time.Ive been trying to be patient everytime I visit but I'm so tired of it constantly being slow and always out of items. Also the windows and the drive thru window wall has been dirty for so long, it would be nice to see it clean for once.
Seriously, this place is only good for looks...The food is terrible, the coffee is bad...Not what I expected...
I won’t be back. They are deceitful. They never have taped up my donut box and today they did. They put the wrong donuts in the box and taped it up instead of being honest and saying they were out of the kinds I wanted. Then a girl lied about saying she is the manager. She had an attitude as if I was in the wrong. She told me I could purchase different donuts but they only had cake donuts to choose (which were hard as a brick). Then the refund is not instant so now I don’t have what I wanted or my money. All this could have been avoided if they had communicated that they were out of what I wanted instead of being sneaky. My order is only correct when the handsome male with the tattoos takes my order and this other nice girl, but I haven’t seen them in awhile. Seems like new employees ruined this location.
Nope. I'm from the east coast where DD is literally everywhere, so when I saw that there was a DD in Lancaster I got excited... WHOMP... That was short lived... Not only did they not have anything in food wise that I wanted(because they ran out) I specifically told the girl how to make my coffee and it was straight nasty. Not good for my first time experience here... Very disappointing.
