They took more than 20 minutes to take our order (it was not full or busy at all). The tortilla soup had stale tortilla chips. The music is so loud and annoying. The chicken was dry. We are very laid back, understanding people. Don’t usually leave reviews but man we did not have a good experience here at all. The waiter however was kind and helpful, but we could tell they had him doing too many tables while other workers stood around idle

Worse service. This is the second time this month we were promised a table at a certain time and the promise was not fulfilled. Owner/manager/whoever is in charge. Please, this place needs better organization and training and to stop giving false promises. This is regarding the club nights on fridays where they stop seating at 9:30.

Heard rave reviews about this place. Not impressed..only 1 waitress working the room..(went new years eve) waited for drinks... waited for order to be taken, waited for drinks to be refilled, food was ehh.. Carne Asada plate was overcooked.. almost beef Jerky, same with the asada tacos. Was hoping for better.. disappointed
