I noticed a lot of people talking about the cashier or front desk guy. I usually order at night and if my order gets cancelled I have to make the dreaded phone call. I always just ask why. Then I apologize for anything I did wrong and always ALWAYS end up with cold weirdly cut pizza. I don't think that's the delivery driver at this point so I tip and remember the attitude of the guy on the phone... angry and dismissive.
This is the last time I order from this place! My pizza was stolen by the workers! I ordered my pizza at 9:35 and it’s now 11pm. When I track it it says delivered! Nothing is here yet!!! I’ve been calling and calling with no answer! This is the 5th time something has happen with this awful place. This location is so shady! Gotta call my bank to get my money back!!! Smh DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
I usually have a good experience here . . But my last experience the cashier was rude ! He did not say one word to me, which I felt was kind of weird because he was having a whole conversation with the man in front of me. I spoke he didn't greet me back i told him I was pickin up he went and looked at my food came back and was didling with the register for a while then finally took my money and gave me my food and i said thank you have a nice day and he still said NOTHING!
Great customer service and curbside pick up available when ordering on the app the employees here are awesome some guy that told me that he was covering from Palmdale had the best personality ever
I gotta order at least 3 times a month cause my kids love their pizzas and they have great deals very affordable
Front Desk guy was very rude, rolled his eyes at me. Got home and realized they forgot to put Sausage and Ham which i paid extra for. Was so mad that I just ate what I got since it was so busy.
Tried ordering on christmas day had 3 free pizza rewards. Used them then my order got canceled and I only got refunded 2 free pizzas. I ordered today pizzas looked ok but the wings look horrible
Would give them more likely if I had done this review at any other time before or after my most recent experience, which had me waiting over 2 hours for delivery & once it came the pizza wasn't even warm any longer, so needless to say I was pretty bummed.
Lies on the estimated time nearly 3 hrs for 3 pizzas and wings. Alot of people were canceling orders of how slow service is. Maybe shouldnt keep taking orders and making the 1st ppl wait. And if do pay in restuarant because if you also want to cancel then youll wait 5days for your money back throught card. And to top it off little slices of pizza served? looked like for a 3yr old. So not worth it. Ever.
Waited a hour and a half and my food wasn't delivered to me yet so when I called in to check my order they're response was im sorry we only have 4 drivers im sorry but if you have only 4 drivers it's still shouldn't have taken that long smh you Got to do better dominos.
