The pizza is great. But their curbside delivery 2 minute guaranteed or you get a free pizza needs some work. I sat in my car for 10 minutes before finally walking into the store to get my Pizza, included a tip for them bringing it to my car, and I never received the supposed email you get for a free pizza if your order wasn't brought to your car in 2 minutes. When I walked in the pizza was ready and there was more than enough people working who could have brought it out.
Deserves less than 1 stars just because the people working there. Terrible place with rude, lazy servers and unprofessional managers that dont care. Bunch of crooks that make me never want to go to any dominos again all becuase of them. The east side isnt too great either just becuase the area. Don't get ant pizza in the av or go to blaze pizza.
I placed an order at 4:51PM on 2/20/22 I call at 5:40PM and I was told that the driver left with the pizza, I call back at 6:20PM to find out if the driver got lost and I was told that I was given the wrong information that the driver was bagging my pizza it should to me shortly, at 6:50PM I call again to check on my pizza and I was told by the manager that they typed in the wrong address keep in mind that the three times I call I was read the wright address but she tells me that it was delivered to apartment 20H. They lite to me and I never got my pizza del. This placed is the worst and they lied and lied. And Ali was never offered an apology from the manager all she said that it will take 35minutes to get my order deliver
I came to order a pizza at the dominoes on 10th and k they burned the pizza then I brought it back they gave me a hassle about it the young lady named Sunday was very rude and unprofessional and on top of that as I was waiting on the pizza the assistant manager Mark was standing there in front of me a customer with no regard talking and cussing about another employee that was not at work with no regard to who was standing there it was bad enough hearing that as a customer less alone being to employee they we're talking about! Terrible service will contact corporate!
Horrible service I was given today 12/30/2021 I place the order on the app I was told that it was ready to pickup I arrived there and my pizza is not ready they had a accidente so I had to wait for another pizza and at the and they dry to sell me the pizza that they had the accidente look at this pizza my kid can make a better one should find your self better cooker
Online, carryout order. Before I made my order, the website said my order would be ready in 22 minutes. Once I completed the order, the confirmation I received said 3 and 1/2 hours before my order would be ready. Domino's misled me. I never would have placed the order if I knew it would take 3 1/2 hours to get my food. Called the store and canceled my order.
Pizza was ready on time, fresh and taste good. Staff is a little rude and the place dirty.
This is the 2nd time I ordered from this location and each time it's over done. BURNT. TOO LONG IN THE OVEN!!!
This location is always super friendly and convenient. The workers are fast and never disappoint. I would say it is busy in the parking lot at times because it's right by the Starbucks drive thru so just be aware of that. Other than that I would definitely recommend this location.
They gave me suagy dry wings and over burnt pizza twice and they didn't take my order right even though I clearly made it clear that they messed up my orders in the past a lot of times. I've ordered since 7pm and it's now 9:58 pm that they still haven't delivered my replacment order.
