Some of the most unprofessional staff I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. There is no uniformity in the rules regarding online orders from the managers, and they will yell at you because of how they can't stuck to a single rule, for example last night we were yelled at going through the drive thru to pick up our order and told we have to go to the door to pick up, tonight we got yelled at for going to the door by a different manager and told we must go through the drive thru.
Order was cold, only 2 miles to my home should have been reasonably warm. Server was too busy speaking to a coworker to get my order correct, my taco was not in my order. This is not the usual for this location. I'll be back, hope every thing will be working correctly. Wish I could give you a 5 star rating, but today was a bad day for you.
Extremely skinny del beef burritos. The classic grilled chicken and 8 layer veggie looked normal. I showed the manager and he said that they only get two scoops of beef. I pointed out that all of the burritos are equal size in the picture, but these were half the size of the others. He said I can remake then, but they'll be the same. This is my last time eating at del taco.
Food was fast and tasted good, but the best part was the staff. We had a lot of orders and they were very patient and accommodating. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
I ordered the beyond taco and it was a little salty.. My mom asked about the the $10 deal and the girl didn't know what she was talking about, so we thought they didn't offer it anymore.. We checked our bag after we drove through the drive-through and they forgot our fries so my mom had to go back in there to get the fries. Then mom looked on the menu and she saw the $10 deal. The girl in the drive-through wasn't familiar with what my mom was asking about. The overall experience was blah.
Could open the lobby for us delivery drivers.. However, prices are quite right when you only got $5 or $10 to spend (Hey that sort of rhymes!!).. Anyway best way to get more than your money's worth..
They have a new updated deal menu and it's yummy and well rounded for everyone to enjoy something !they take ebt thru the drive thru too

My family and I visited the East Lancaster and was already greeted by the manager “GiGi” rudely and didn't feel welcomed. We continued to order our food, and one of the cashiers read our order back to us. Once upon receiving our food, we left to eat our meals at home and noticed our food was smashed like if it was rushed and shoved in a bag, did not provide us with our complete order. My husband decides to drive back and try to get our order correct. The manager rudely tells me husband he did it and it was his fault our food was smashed.Another thing we noticed is that they added bacon to the meal, and we never asked for bacon when our family members were Allergic. The manager again told my husband he placed the bacon in the burger, and it was not her fault.Once that's situation happened, I called via phone to get the site store number and the manager's name. The cashier answered and told me the information. Still, once we received the managers' name, she provided me with the nickname “Gigi” I asked once again for the actual name of the regional managers and started she didn't have one and failed to provide me with further information. The cashier placed my phone call on hold and hung up the line.This manager handled the situation wrong, unprofessional, and plain rude. I am highly disappointed with this site as we have been coming for years, and all of a sudden, this happens. It is also sad to watch these new cashiers' managers treat customers and learn from that behavior.My question is, what will be done?How is it going to be handled?What type of requirements do you seek in an actual manager? Or qualifies an individual to be a site manager.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Order was wrong. Was told I had to wait in drive thru for another 30 minutes of I wanted to correct my order. Wouldn't come to door to help!!!!!! Go to the one on I.
