Took my kid's to a family's birthday party and a worker there was very aggressive with everyone there to the point where the party next to us had to tell the lady working there that there was kid's around and she still was very aggressive to them people next to us and the police had to be called. I don't want my kids around any negative energy and whoever that employee is she probably shouldn't be working there around kids. Never going there again it's not a safe environment for kid's
Birthday Party went good.The only reason why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because the music is driving me crazy. It's to loud and enjoying. You can't have a conversation at the Party area.
So we just came back from Chuck E. Cheese. This location has really gone downhill since Ivonne left. The old cast was at least better trained than this new one. We walk in and weren't even greeted by the cashier, she was helping a family ahead of us then went on to help a guest at the prize counter. We waited in line and then comes in more guests. Paul the manager walked in and didn't acknowledge anyone nor did he try to help. The young lady could've called other team members to help at the counter but i wont blame her for poor management, then as she was ringing a customer up for the prizes she called a manager over the the register and this manager did not acknowledge the people at the front waiting to be checked in. As we got seated, i started to notice all the trash on the floor, and the trash cans being full with trays from not being bussed. I know from before at least team members and even managers would walk around cleaning the floor or wiping tables down. Took about 30 minutes to get our food. All we had was an XL pizza. The pizza looked as if they stretched the regular large dough which would make sense but this dough was stretched out too much that it was all greasy and it might as well should've been a thin crust. There were 6 team members there, there shouldn't have been an excuse as to why it was so dirty and why no one was helping the front.
Haven’t been here in years now I see why . Had to wait to get stamped to come in , took forever to place a order for food tokens and drinks . The salad was old and brown asked for it to be changed out , the girl looked at me crazy when I asked for it to be changed like she didn’t see the brown old lettuce . The lettuce never got changed , seen her picked out the old brown lettuce instead of throwing the whole thing out and getting a new one . Asked for a refund , they didn’t even Know how to give me a refund . Some staff were not trained correctly even the manager didn’t know what she was doing . Food took over a hour to come out . Over all the experience was by far the worst . In desperate need of new staff and managers.
This place is ghetto and very dirty. As we arrived there was no one to check us in. We waited to be checked in for 15mins. Once we made it to the counter to order things there was a girl at the register being very rude and nasty to customers. I listen to her use profanity and curse out another employee as well as a customer that she was helping. My children were standing there and heard all of this mess. Not too mention their patrons were also ghetto there were teenage kids play fighting and running through the place cursing. Omg..let’s not talk about the wait time for food was 2hrs. I ordered two 45 minutes play cards, 1 bag of cotton candy and four drinks for a total of 74$. I will never return here again. If you all are comfortable with watching the employees fight in front of customers as well as minor children then please visit this place, if you are okay with sitting in a dirty establishment then this is the place for you. I would have rather drive to Victorville chuckie cheese than come here. Please avoid this place at all cost.
It's dirty , most of the rides do not work. Also made a party there and after all the guests arrived they finally let us go to the party tables instead of the regular ones. Also sucks now that they don't have all the characters coming out only chuck e. Step ur game up chuck e cheese ! Only thing good was my niece was too little to care.
Staff member Aries was so wonderful and helpful she really went out of her way for my baby’s 3rd birthday today..the other staff was not so great kind of rudeBut would definitely come back because of her showing the kindness and helpfulness she showed was truly out of this world.. she deserves to be Manager of this place.
Review for October 17th 2004. Chuck-E-Cheese located in Lancaster California. Oh so many wonderful memories with my kids here. My kids love coming here when they were small. Now they're all grown up and all they have is this wonderful memories of them being there with me. Soon they will have their own kids and will be able to take them to Chuck-E-Cheese. Either way, wonderful memories great service and awesome Pizza. Thank you for being open for so many years.
I absolutely love CEC since I was child. Been over 100 times and multiple locations. This location I have frequent over the past 4 yrs. This is by far the saddest I seen this cec. They have removed a lot but most importantly a designated toddler area. Everything was moved "remodeled" and the tiny slide for Littles is gone. The Littles have very few entertainment to be honest. A few cars and like 3 games. Disappointing ?. Now for the bigger kids it is slightly the same. Some games are so outdated from 2006. The ski balls game had no balls. The others were empty or had one, Or two! My 8 yr old n I could not even play together. Lastly no tickets is fine. But kids got used to chuck throwing them after his dance with all the kids. A few my included were looking around confused and sad chuck waved and walked away after instead. Maybe a different treat can be offered instead
Very nice workers, it was VERY CLEAN. I was surprised it wasn't that busy in which we were ALL happy. Kids really enjoyed themselves.
