salad was wilted ...and i mean the whole thing... the guac was hardly flavored...mac n cheese was dry... chips were either soggy af or just plain wet with oil... the water glass was dirty at the bottom... nasty place... never again the waitress bugs...at our table every 5 min... tempted .... her... how is everything do u need anything.... me yeah...10 min without seeing your face... i mean really... we come to have good food and relax... we got bad food...bugging service and very upset... only nice thing here was the decor
Went alone ordered one appetizer plate. Waited 35 minutes only for the waitress to tell me they mixed up the order. Brought me the nachos to at least tie me over until they fixed it, order was still wrong but I ate it. Customer service was very good, food was fine even though it was wrong. Be sure you follow up with your waiters/waitress to ensure the food is being prepared efficiently and correctly.
Literally could not have been worse. I understand under-staffed but this was just BAD service. We ordered chips with guacamole, got the chips but not the guacamole until the chips were gone. Asked for a refill on the bottomless chips..it never came. Ordered burgers with side salads for starters, burgers came and 10 mins later the salads showed up. There was a DEAD mosquito on our table. Water only showed up after asking 3 times. The worst part was the RAW burger on my bacon burger. Not just undercooked, it was COLD and pink in the middle. There could not have been a worst experience at a restaurant. I refuse to ever go to any Chili's for the rest of my life.
Where do I start!! I ordered curbside pickup which never happened. After waiting 15 mins for someone to come out. We finally had to go in to pickup our order. The food was cold. The broccoli wasn't cooked at all. The fries were hard. They forgot the salsa. It was soooo bad from start to finish that we decided to eat at McDonald's rather than this disaster of a meal. Michelle the manager refunded me my money. Do yourself a favor eat somewhere else!!
This is an updated review. I ordered a to go order today and had multiple bad services.First, when I ordered a hamburger I wasn't given an option of how I wanted it cooked. I was told they cooked them any way it came out.Second, I got to the restaurant about 5 minutes early, but I was told the order would not be ready for another 15 minutes.Third, when the order was finally ready they were missing an entree. I had the wait another 10 minutes for it to be prepared.Forth, when I got home I found that I was still missing a order of fries.I understand that there are many new employees, but training needs to be done a lot better to keep customers happy with service. Good service matters so much.
This location is getting worst each time we dine with them. I place a to go order last week around 6pm it said it would be ready for pick up at 6:36pm. It was supposed to brought to my car but with so many errors that this location has I decided to get out and go in for my food order. Immediately I was told my order was not ready and it will be a moment. So didn't receive my food till 7:17pm over an hour from my original time I place it. They didn't have the sauces that my food came with , once my order was finished I looked at it and it was missing items. Now I have to wait for them to make my fry's for 2 of my orders. So I didn't get home till after 730 ish and finally ate cold food!
Really impressed with tonight's meal.All the staff was friendly, and really on pointMy meal was fantastic. I got the sirloin 10 oz on the 2 for $25 and it was so good. I didn't expect much being that it was a sirloin (medium) but man whoever is back there did amazing tonight. No steak sauce but honestly it was still so good. The food took a bit but they managed to get our appetizer and my sons kid meal out fast. (I really appreciate that)Also they were out of steak sauce and lemonade and strawberry purée. Still a great experience
I asked for no pink well done online. ? I didn’t realize until I saw it cause I was starving I hope I don’t get sick.
The food was good, I went with my old Fajita staple, the boys had a chicken sandwich, and a burger. My wife had a chicken dish she enjoyed.They were busy and appeared understaffed. Service was good.
Our server was excellent. Food good. Sad wait times bad, a lot of tables empty only had 3 servers on duty. Not sure if due to call outs or just under staffed.Manager was smart though. There was a large party of young adults enjoying time out taking up space so since they weren't leaving, and not ordering anymore food, Manager opened up tables to seat others waiting. Did not kick large group out either. I will say for that group of young adults it was inconsiderate to sit there for so long taking up space for others to eat as well as to the Chili's staff. We were there about 1 1/2 hours from arrival to leaving they were almost finished eating or just finished when we arrived and still there when we left.
