The lady at cash register yells at customers. She has a short fuse! I Asked about the status of my food and got yelled at. I compare this lady to the episode of Sienfeld where the chef was yelling at Seinfeld but his soup was delicious!
So basically the lady at the cash register is incredibly rude to customers both in person, and on call. She yelled at me and my family because she didn't understand us and we only got our order when another worker took it. She needs to work in the back or just retire because people really don't need that negativity.
It was ok. Nothing I'd go back to, but decent for what it was. They need to work on customer service though. They'll have you standing there without so much as a "I'll be with you in a second."
I highly recommend coming here. I’ve tried so many sushi places and this is the best one in lancaster , my favorite sushi place!
Lady behind the counter is really rude and has a horrible attitude. She does not need to be working with the public. Serious anger issues. I will not be back solely because of her. Food is average.
I been eating here for a while and the lady at the front, I’m not sure of her name, but she always so rude. She will yell at you and get mad when my you ask a question. I thought it was just that time I went the first time but I realized it’s everytime I go and order. i suggest eating at another Hawaiian bbq.

I was excited to try this place....thou the food was good, the woman running the place has a TERRIBLE attitude!! I ordered a couple sushi rolls and they were decent but I will likely not go back because of how horrible her attitude was, it made it hard to order.
