Every time I'm here, I get a positive experience. The people at the drive-thru are friendly and very accommodating. Only mistake they ever made was thru Doordash; my drink was tasteless, but other than that everything was great?
There was a new guy that kind of took awhile to get my order tight but he was very sweet with an upbeat attitude so it was ok. Food was good.
Overpriced for a burger joint, plus they failed the western burger every time. And they really really short your fries. Sorry it's true. Do not waste your money or time or health
As far as fast food goes, Carl's is a solid choice, I'm not saying it will be exceptional. But a great place to grab a quick bite and most places will have the same stuff.
When I order doordash they always forget the ketchup and its not offered on the app as a choice. Who would eat fries without ketchup? I'm not ordering anymore.
Love this place. I usually get there around 3 or 4 in the morning after I clean the bar. So it is early Tuesday and Wed. When I stop by there. I always get a young man with black hair. I dont know his name but if I owned that place, I would have made him a manager. Very customer orientated. Love this employee. Sometimes I stop in when I’m not hungry:) great service! Great food!

The bathrooms were beyond super clean. Good was good also!
Got home with my order and it was wrong. The receipt read my order right. I called them and had to go back to the restaurant. I was given a refund. I suggested they should advise customers to check their bag before they drive off. The manager told me “I’m sure I read your order back to you and you didn’t say nothing”. I guess it’s my fault.
The ladies at the front desk letting you order your food are very nice it's an elderly lady there that is a sweetheart she is the best everything else is moderate
