Good pizza but they act like the cheese is made of gold , other than having to beg for more cheese great place
I tried Blaze only once. The customer service was less than ideal and I saw them sloppily make my pizza, like they weren't happy with the order or something.Everyone I talked to made me feel unwelcomed. It's too expensive for the bland taste and rude service.Never again.
This is the best Blaze I have ever been to. The team was friendly and service was awesome. My personal pizza was made with care, I felt like I made it myself (OCD). It was so crispy and not burned on the bottom like the way they typically do...unfortunately. But i have to give the bake their props because I thoroughly enjoyed it. If I lived out this way I'd be here all the time?
This place has gone downhill over issues that could be easily resolved with a little simple focus from the employees. They had to remake pizzas for my wife and other customers while we waited because they didn’t bother to read their own written instructions properly. They screwed up my pizza also, but I didn’t feel like waiting. Don’t bother trying to be helpful to the workers by writing notes in with your order either; they won’t bother reading.
Usually I love coming to Blaze. The employees they have now don't really care for the customer. I ordered my build your own pizza. They put it in the oven and I asked for a well done pizza, which takes a little longer. I'm completely fine with that. This is where the 1 star happens. I get to the register, the young lady wants to go home, she starts to close out her register. Now I was thinking that 1 of the 4 other employees would ring me up on the other register. Nope. I stood there so long my pizza was done cooking, cut, put in the box, and sat under the heat lamp for an additional 8 minutes before a young man comes out the back to ring me up. Not an apology, free drink for wasting my time. Just excuses to why my time wasn't valued by this crew. I will think long and hard about visiting this location again. I am a restaurant owner myself. My managers and employees know that the customer is always the priority. Nothing trumps that. This was the first time in any Blaze Pizza I've been to, that my time wasn't valued. I was late picking up my children from school for this. Shame on you Blaze for not prioritizing the customer in this store.
Very disappointed. Staff disinterested, cash register crashed, pizza burnt, and way too expensive. We could have (and should have) gone to a full-service restaurant for better quality and less money. They seem to be making up for the Pi promotion in March. Costco pizza is more delicious and a better value.
I had walked in the store, a worker first claimed they never received the online order and failed to offer any alternatives. I asked for a refund and several workers stoped and looked at me as if I were demanding something unreasonable. Another worker came from the back and contradicted the first worker stating that the order was available, however; it had failed to print. In the conversation between both parties, no apology was given and the staring from the other workers made me feel uncomfortable. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
The girl workers are very sceampy with the cheese. I have to ask for extra 3 times and it still doesn't cover the pizza as it should
Blaze is somewhat new for my husband and me. Let me just say, it is literally the only pizza place I like. The staff is very nice. They really do seem like they're smiling behind their masks. If you want a little more cheese, it's not a problem. If you forgot to order your take home order, no problem. Great customer service. The food is pretty good, too. ?
Ordered a meat pizza with keto crust. They have changed their keto crust to a thin nasty tortilla like thing, and they literally put two pieces of chicken on my whole pizza. Other toppings were equally as tiny or forgotten completely. Will NOT be getting ripped off by this place again.
