Call in phone order... phone was busy for about 10 min finally got through. Girl taking order was confused, said she was new. Gave her my order slowly, repeated and she repeated back making a few mistakes. After going over order again was told it would be ready in 15 min. 30 min later paid for my food, got home and out of the 5 sandwiches the wrap was the wrong one. I ordered a bacon ranch chicken wrap, add black olives, add bbq sauce. The wrap I received was the bbq chicken wrap. No olives no cheese barley any chicken and definitely no ranch or bacon. Not happy!
A males voice answered the phone and he said hello. Very unprofessional!!! he then said what do you want. I proceeded to tell him my order he then said OK and hung up. Not even asking what I wanted on the sandwiches what bread, veggies, cheese...This is not a person that should be working at your business very non professional...WhenI picked up the order and got home it was nothing that I asked for.
Love their Monday daily deal (regular hot pastrami) with a regular beverage for $7.50. Love Togos sandwiches. I wish there were more Togos in my area.
Excellent customer service even when they were busy. There was quite a line when I visited but the staff were still cheerful, made my sandwich as requested, and were friendly.
Honestly the worst experience I’ve had since coming here for years.The girl was was so rude and had an attitude like if we are here to buy food. We are paying customers and here for your food.Management needs to fire her she could multitask with the orders and asked us to hold up so unprofessional.
Food was good. Service was slow at best. I sat in a chair waiting for someone to help me. The gentleman behind me left. Then they were out of the bread I ordered. No big deal I guess. But the sandwich was good. Meh.
Good sandwiches. Good people. Good prices. The store is well kept & clean.

I am a regular customer at togos lakewood, the food is great, the customer service from the employees are great, but there is usually only 2 people there. They seem consistently over worked and under staffed and i have shared my opinion with management but received a slight attitude in return, which was confusing. How can one want better for their establishment but doesn’t listen to the thoughts and ideas of its customers and employees? I hope that this establishment moves in a positive direction, as i would like to continue coming.-also had a boy mess up my order. not sure if he’s new, but get that boy some extra training/help!!!!
The Sandwich I had was deliciously prepared to my liking & my taste. To my daughter Jai who bought it for me. Once again Thank U Lovely
