Went for the breakfast burrito today June 4th. They were disgusting! Never again. I try to support Taco Bell because Taco Bell was one of my first jobs out of hightTimes have changed. The recipe has changed. The cashier acted like he was doing me a favor by giving me my order that I paid for. I don't think we'll eat at taco bell anymore. I worked for taco bell back easy, so I have no ties to California Taco Bell restaurants. Plus I can cook and make my own taco. I wouldn't have to deal with rude cashiers.
I got an amazing breakfast here the other day so it seems like the morning crew is on the ball, but every time I get lunch/dinner they forget items, items are underfilled, and often items are at an unsafe serving temperature. When I've tried to go back for missing items I get accused of lying and turned away. They'll include a ton of sauce and plasticware I didn't ask for which is wasteful, yet refuse to give me the little bag of chips I paid for. Ridiculous.
This taco bell is located inside of a nice shopping plaza with lots of parking space to accommodate all vehicles coming here. The grounds are kept clean. I used the drive thru and it was fast. Customer sales associate was very professional, courteous and helpful. I ordered the Tosti Locos Tacos. They look good in the picture butthe ones that I received tasted horrible. Tasted way too salty and my wife said the same thing. Not a good product so definitely do not recommend.
This taco bell has potential it really does.. but needs new management ASAP. You can tell management does not care about their employees, i understand not a lot of people want to work but to just have two people working and no manager on site is ridiculous! they are not grateful for the workers that are actually showing up.. you can tell the workers are fed up with their manager, i’ve been here a few times if the manager isn’t here they’re always backtracked and even if the manager is there she is not helping whatsoever, you can catch her in the office doing a whole lot of nothing, she has no customer skills at all, the food is good, as i stated before this store has potential but very poor management i wish they would do something to better this situation, clearly the workers have to hit HR for them to actually listen, other than that store is clean compared to any other store i’ve seen.
This is the best taco bell I've ever been to. The always hook you up with big portions and my customizations are always right. And they make it look really good
Had to order on the kiosk because no menu hanging and no one to take the order. Once the order was placed, the wait was 20 minutes because there were only two people working and they were concentrating on the drive- thru making my husband and I late to where we were going. The food was good just the service stinks for now.

It was good but the blast I ordered was watery. They replaced it with a different flavor.
worst drive thru ever!!! every time i come here, i wait at least 15 mins in the drive through line. there were only 2 workers!!! too bad!!! avoid taco bell on carson and cherry!
