Awful. This location closes at 12am. Sometimes we come late at night (say 10:45 or 11). When we pull up to the drive through to make an order, they either pretend their system is down and cannot take anymore orders (we know this is a lie because we can clearly see the vehicle in front of us handing them a credit card and then receiving a receipt), or they simply do not come to the drive through window. Phone must be off the hook as well because when you try to call it just keeps ringing. Do your job right.
It's usually a good place to go to. Lately been happier with them.
Usually I come to this one because it is better than others. But today I ordered eight burritos and I ordered 25 mild sauces. Now I am home with zero mild sauces? She laughed when I asked for them so did she already know there were none left? I buy food to go with my mild sauce! Changing location!
Best Taco Bell location, love the staff, easily the best customer service I've ever gotten at a fast food restaurant
Worst Choice Ever. My cheese wrap want even cooked. The potato taco was disgusting and a bad choice, the bean cheese & rice burrito was okay, at least it was warm.

Been coming here for about a year and they usually fail and mess up your order. When ordering no ice in drink or adding extra beef on tacos I've learned they don't listen, I've gone back countless times to correct order since they don't fail to charge me for extras I expect to get them. Yesterday I went back twice after they screwed up another order 2x and won't be going back again.... employees stand around and talk not paying attention to customer requests..time to go local mexi place
I really like this Taco bell I come here for the box specials I kinda like the cravings box but it looks like they did away with it
Young people ok, but stupid manager!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had gone to this taco bell to get food for my mom and niece. I had ordered through the drive thru. The young man who was at the window was not putting any of the modifications on the order I had placed so I had asked him to make sure the burrito and quesadilla came with no sauce and he just did not respond. I got home with the food and they had put the sauce on the burrito and added sour cream. I returned to the location and let the young man know I would like another burrito no sauce no sour cream. He went and told another man the way I wanted it ( he was so nice at least) and the cook STILL made it wrong. I told him again, I would like no sauce no sour cream and he got mad with me. He started yelling at me "well what do you want in it then" and "your receipt doesn't say that", etc. I told him again, I would like the burrito just NO SAUCE OR SOUR CREAM! Then he proceeded to go back in the kitchen and talk badly about me in Spanish. When he came back with my food I told him I was bilingual and I know what he say. He just threw the food on the counter and walked away without another word. Worst customer service I have ever had.
