One of the Worst the Subway so far I visited.When I went in Store, they didn't say anything and also Both of them looked at their Smartphones. When I stood up in front of the Order Counter, I had to wait Pretty Long time because an old Employee still did anything with her Smartphone. I ordered a Roast Beef Sandwich, this was the First time she put very Little Roast Beef.Another Lady came in Shop. I think she didn't know about Subway's Order System so she needed time. The Employees started irritating and pushed her to order Fast. If I was her, I would be MAD to them. Several People had already written for their Worst & Awful Serving for Customers. It means that AT LEAST TEN TO TWENTY TIMES CUSTOMERS HAVE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES from those RUDE EMPLOYEES.
I'm just hopping on here to say how much I appreciated Alexis' customer service, today. I had called, frustrated over not being sure whether my order went through on the app or not (because it froze after submitting payment). When she answered, she kindly looked to see if my order had come through, but it had not. We hung up. Frustrated with the app, I started to pack up my work equipment, and decided to just figure something else out on the way to my next destination. But before I walked out the door, my phone rang. It was Alexis, calling me back to let me know my order had just come through! I was happy to know I was going to be able to enjoy my Subway after all, and I was so relieved I wasn't going to have to wait in some other line at another restaurant (as I was on a time crunch). Horrible customer service and they refuse to take any coupons even though they're supposed to! I would avoid this place at all costs. The bread was stale anyway so it was a complete waste of money. Next time do better or hire someone who's not completely incompetent at their job.
I understand when someone is new, but I don't see what that has to do with moving quickly, I've never seen anyone move so slow, like literally in slow motion and can't understand simple instructions

They take forever sorry I'm not patient the food is good atleast ?
