I expected more I got the tri-tip and ribs my wife got the Alfredo pasta.Tri-tip came out cold with butter on it ribs were room temp Ceasar salad was good a lil extra garlic but it was good wife described breadsticks after leftover pizza crust the grill was burning hot but none of our food was not Alfredo pasta could have used more sauce also disappointed especially from wasting money while visiting from out of state.
My work places catering orders here almost on a monthly basis and the staff is always SUPER helpful and accommodating. From the person on the phone helping us with the order, to the staff at the restaurant, they are always sure to include everything we need. I have ordered catering from other locations and they always miss something or forget the small details that are important for catering orders, and Stonefire never misses a beat! You can tell that they’re super experienced and ready to take on any size orders! So thankful for them making my job easy and on top of that the food is always delicious!
Ordered a simple salad and 6 breadsticks and waited over 20 minutes. Staff moves like turtles. If could have been done eating had I ordered for here.Not a good experience
The food was great! There was only a few issues with the roasted cauliflower. This was ordered as the starter but was delivered as the last item of our meal. The roasted cauliflower itself is a very weird mix that I personally feel doesn't work. Received on steak, and the rest of the meal came about 10 minutes lates. As a whole the food is delicious what really sours the experience is the customer service. I would patronize the establishment again, but would take the food to go.
Food was good. Not a lot to chose from. When received order they forgot the dressing and ordered a pound of salmon and was given 1/2 a pound. People are nice
New staff I called 3 times yesterday and 3 times today. They said I could call in my order an hour before pick up. Sure enough ,3 calls today.. same response to call an hour before pick up. And when I did call last:one staff member said they are closed. Another said they are open 2 more hours. Another said I can’t be helped (?)Not sure how this place operates , however in my instance : they discounted my order each time. Pushed me aside, and kept doing so. I listened and abided by their request to keep calling back. Bottom line: you can’t be so great if you treated me this way. Huge disappointment. Christmas meal for my family and it’s 4:45 pm. Xmas eve.You would only know how I feel if you are me in the position of 6 phone calls in 2 days. For 5 people , to eat.And being pushed aside each call.A total let down

The food was bland, the service was slow, the sandwiches we ordered never came out, but the pizza came out first. We took home the food we paid for, and added our own spices that made it edible. Where’s Gordon Ramsey, he would agree.
The food was delicious. There’s plenty if parking since it share parking with the mall. The seating booth was big and had enough space for at least 3 people to seat. They have a great selection of food different style meat from fish chicken steak. Highly recommend
Honestly the location is good, staff were nice, menu has a good variety of options, restaurant vibe was nice, yet getting my order wrong twice was a bit of a disappointment, not that they weren't good at recovering, just saying.I would recommend trying it at least once, and hope your experience goes better than mine.Bon appetite
