absolutely love the staff and ambiance at this location, and that they are still taking covid precautions seriously!
The staff is always nice and friendly and they get my order right all the time
Bad service they dont offer cream and sugar , when i ordered a coffee thinking they gonna have them on the side , then they get mad when i ask for cream and sugarGuy with a bad attitud told me " why you didnt ask for them when you order " so i left got my coffe time ruined ,Was sunday at 6 56 pm
Overall a good store they drinks are usually good but please clean your dam overns. I purchased a cheese danish this morning are there is so much carbon on it from the cakes on food in the oven.
So I stopped at this starbucks because it's on the way to my final destination. It was an impulse buying thing because I felt cold and wanted but do not need a hot chocolate. I bought a Starbucks thermal container from a different Starbucks store a couple of weeks agothinking that I should more environmentally responsible and if I bought a Starbucks container that I can reuse the container if and when I go to a different Starbucks store and they would sell me a hot beverage. Guess what? This particular Starbucks store says that they cannot use a Starbucks reusable container. So my question for Starbucks is, why sell something like this when some of your stores will not honor re-using a container that is specifically designed for this purpose? I didn't argue with the young lady. But I sure is heck won't be buying or giving my business to this particular Store.
Horrible service at the drive-up window. They were out of Nito Cold Brew at 12:22 in the afternoon. They were also out of dark roast coffee. While I was at the drive-up window, I attempted to ask the employee what was the reason behind being out of product so early in the day? She never once answered my question. Instead, she hurried me off as if the next customer was more important. Next time, I will just hold my payment until I am satisfied with my service. If the load of customers has become too heavy, maybe they should have more employees. ???
Horrible service.stood in front of cashiers for 8 minutes and nit been a acknowledged, then they server frustrated and had nothing in inventory. Not sandwiches. No parties, and nit even vanilla creamers for kids. Sadly said they should have closed if nothing to offer
This location is pretty consistent with their preparation.
Always excellent and quick drive thru service.
I love this coffee shop because I want buy some coffee when I ride to work.
