Seriously quick and the food was so sooo good. All the way around, its a clean restaurant and the people here have excellent customer service and are precise. Got in and out in 35 mins total. Great job to the people here at this location 5 stars, Id give 10 but they only allow 5
It was packed on the day I went, they had a huge party of +10 people but they still accommodate me in a timely manner. One of the waitresses was already clocking out but she didn't make me feel rush, she went out of her way to get me a last minute refill of fries. Felt grateful
The Garlic Fries were amazing, Strawberry Shake was yummy, and BBQ Whiskey Wrap was also delicious. Service was amazing! Love the server he was amazing!!! Overall, everything was great!!!
Food was wonderful. They are short staffed but working so hard it was great to visit. They tables were clean and I really enjoyed having a fresh drink promptly upon request. Will definitely be coming back.
Went there to have birthday dinner with family. First of all the table wasn't clean. The service was terrible, different people had to bring our food. Had to ask for napkins and utensils. Had to keep asking where our drink refills was. And the birthday sundae took forever to get to us. Worst of all the restroom was filthy, and the food was cold. Will NEVER COME BACK AGAIN

Took a group of students here for lunch as a reward. Our server Edward was amazing. He took such good care of us. He was helpful and quick. Our food was delicious, and came out in a very timely manner. The only small issue was they put us in a very small space for 8 people. We worked it out because one person ended up not making it. We appreciate exceptional service at a time that we know everyone is struggling to staff. We thank Edward and the whole Lakewood Red Robin staff for their kindness.

Server was very pleasant but not very attentive. Different server brought out our food without our utensils and condiments. Food was good but by the time we got utensils and condiments our food was getting cold. Very expensive for the level of service we recieved. Also the restrooms were filthy. Definitely will not be returning.
