And not on Tuesday or on 5 de mayo true Mexicans do not celebrate ..these gentrified taco bell no educated companies rip off culture and sell it at a higher price.. If you only knew what these kids don't care about then you will taste it in the gross American tex food that they are attempting to recreate.. Shame shame on using even the name Ramona's.. It should be called .. Biff's..
Unsatisfying garbage of flavor. Grab an already low quality mexican food such as taco bell and let it sit and get soggy in a dumpster for 2 hours and when it is done getting soggy and mushy that is what you end up with here.
I brought a beef burrito with beans and cheese,they left off the meat,it was flat and runny,the paper old fashioned lunch bag leaked all the way thru onto the rug ,my mom only lives about 7mins away.Very Upset and discussed.No wonder they are rated 3 ,they need 00000's
It's 10:20am and they still have there doors locked. Seen 5 customers walk to subway and panda because there's just one girl running the place and she didn't want to unlock the doors because she wasn't ready. They should change there hours for opening if they are not ready at the time they say they are open.
I wondered why this Ramonas is never packed. Besides the fact that it has became so over priced...this staff is beyond rude. I walked in and said good morning, I was the only person in the place at 10:14 and both women ignored me. From the beginning they have not had good customer service but today reinforced why I will drive to LA on Western to get ramonas and no longer come here. Customer service is still a standard. I can understand young people being a bit less chatty and insecure in speaking up but these were women in late 20s and 30sMy money is valuable and will only, ONLY go to businesses that have good customer service and respect the fact that I choose to come to your business, no one elses...give me common courtesy for buying your over priced foodWhat's crazy...after posting and reading other reviews...this place is at a 3.3 and a few of the 5 star reviews were from workers or affiliates. That's really sad when you just opened your doors, had lines around the building to get in but now it is never crowded. Go to western and tell me when there aren't people there? Fix the customer service and it would go a long way in fixing your reviews.
I have been here a few times. I honestly love Ramonas, I have for years! However, the last few visits were a bit upsetting. The beef and green chili burrito is tasty, but there's more rice and beans than meat. The burritos could be wrapped a little better so that the contents aren't oozing from the tortilla and causing a mess! I had to eat my burrito with a spoon.

I ordered a chicken burrito it was close to $9 and it didn’t have much into mostly rice. I was shocked to find out they don’t have avocado and guacamole and chips as an extra option to add to the food. The salsa was spicy and didn’t carry much flavor just the spicy ness.

Don't waste your time this place is awful.All the food tasted like it was out of a can. Way overpriced. Not authentic at all. You can make a better burrito just using 7 eleven ingredients.
Ramona's is a classic eatery that I have frequented since I was a child. The spot I would visit is off of Western and 35th. I was excited to learn of this new location much closer to my residence. However, I have visited this location three times and each time my order has been wrong. I foolishly start my order off with this information thinking they would ensure for accuracy, however each time I have gotten home to find otherwise. Today was the first time they actually got it right, but there was no apology or anything despite me once again sharing the past 3 situations. That is why I give it 3 stars but overall the food is good and the service is quick!
