The customer service at the Lakewood Canes is not the same. Employees talking between there coworkers, instead of helping customers, and cleaning the setting area tables, and restrooms. See picture attached

It was good but upper management decided to have a meeting in the dinning room with 6 other people and had to hear thir entire conversation throughout my meal. I just wanted to. Enjoy my meal and not have to hear the shriveled voice of the one lady. Wouldn't eat there again.

Canes is so delicious. The chicken is scrumptious, the sauce is so yummy, the fries are good, and the bread is to die for. Especially when you combine all 4, my... goodness...

I don’t understand the wait. Its mediocre chicken fingers with dipping sauce?!!This is cheap fast food that has been around for 20 years. Can someone explain this to me? Like the krispy kreme lines…its a gas station donut.

The wait times here have been getting better. The food is decent. I love their bread for some reason. The kids adore this place. Customer service has always been great.

I love Canes food. It’s always fresh to order and the employees are always nice but the tea and lemonade has gotten horrible. They are extremely watered down.I had my first taste of Canes in New Orleans and the drinks were much better.

The bread is perfectly made. The chicken is okay but the sauce makes it worth the wait. The iced tea is also pretty good.

First time eating here my meal was good. I thought I might need another dressing but it was actually tasty the way it came. It already had a dressing. Alright for a dad food place. I didn’t see the employee outside with water so that was a bit concerning since it was super hot.

Today was not so pleasant for what I paid for two meals the food was cold and the chicken was not cooked properly and very small pieces and I asked for extra french fries and they gave me a small portion of french fries on both my meals also they forgot to give me coleslaw I've been here a handful of time but today they were not on their A game...... also the gentleman who assisted me at the counter was very rude

Its best you walk in to order. Drive thru Line is usually ridiculously long. Honestly, you are out in 5 minutes tops. Now, I tell them Hold that cold slaw and give me extra toast. IF YOU NEVER HAD THE TOAST IT'S A MUST. MMM MMM GOOD! The chicken strips are crispy on the outside but juicy on the inside. First time was a great experience, just wish they had BBQ sauce?
