This place is always a hit or miss. Regardless of pick up or delivery. Our order is either perfect or something goes wrong. This is not the Ford time there is something wrong with our order…. The last order we place & picked up we got a stuff cross pizza that came in as paper thin. We still tried it but it was uncooked we had to bake on our own and even then the dough just didn’t cook properly, Unfortunately, we didn’t expect it so when we called back. They said they would give us a credit on the account. But that next time they would want the w pizza back. Who would be willing to drive back on a cold night…. Ugh.No complain on the rest of our order ( chicken wings bone in, chicken bites, cinnamon sticks).
Delivery was fast and the pizza was bomb what more could you ask for?
Kept waiting for curbside pickup and attempted to call the place, once disconnected and noone picked up after. After went inside, server apologized saying they were inside doing something

my pizza was cold and i didnt get none of the side sauces i order. i got charge for them. this is my second time in a row that something like this happens.

The branch made an effort to reach out to inform me that they were out a requested topping and whether I wanted to choose something else. The delivery time was also quick.
Dough appeared to be a little undercooked. Need pleasant and happy employees.
They removed the option to add flavor to the crust! What happened to Pizza Hut will you e nickel and diming us on this as well?
Have people working at this location have a better ideas as to what Customer Service should be like.
