HORRIBLE SERVICE is an understatement the girl Kimberly that assisted me try to tell me because I wasn't happy with the way the bread stick with cheese on top came out that I would still have to pay again for another set of bread sticks um say what???So I have to pay again cause u over cooked my breadstick smh horrible I will be contacting the manager about this to get my money back for this just look at the difference in what they should look like on the right and what i got on the left... disgusting and will never return to this pizza hut again not to mention the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!
Large wings were too small and wing sauce only covered (2) of the (6) wings. Totally disappointed with the wings.
My daughter used to like Pizza Hut. That is no longer the case. Something has changed in your pizza. The biggest change we have noticed is that at least at the location we frequent, the flavored crust is no longer an option. There has also been a change with either the sauce or cheese. Most of the pizza we last ordered for my daughter was thrown away. She only ate 2 slices. It is safe to say that we will no longer be ordering our pizzas from Pizza Hut.
Make sure order is completely ready for the customer to pick up
I usually have good experiences with Pizza Hut but these pizzas I ordered were dry, to the point where they actually tasted old. There was minimal cheese and sauce and we were not the least bit satisfied!
The breadsticks were chewy. I could tell they weren’t fresh.
We ordered light cheese and when the pizza arrived there was almost no cheese. A customer should not have to add cheese.
The pizza didnt seem to have much flavor. It was good, but not anything I will order again
Make the pizza fresh when ordered. The pan pizza I received was awful. It looked like it had been sitting there for an hour or more and then they shoved it in the oven. The wings were excellent.
Overall experience was as expected. I ordered extra sauce, and paid extra for them. I expect the whole container to be filled and not below half.
