Went here to try their new chicken sandwich. Disappointed. Basically a bland mushy sandwich. Large enough chicken piece so the portion is good. Just the taste was forgettable. They have these Parmesan chips in the sandwich that's supposed to provide some taste and crunch, and on its own it does that, but in the sandwich it gets lost. The salads have lost its touch too. Smaller portions, weaker greens, not worth the price anymore. But still 3 stars because the bagels and desserts are still fire and location is clean.

My favorite from Panera is the chicken chipotle and I order it at the Panera near my house in Cerritos. I was around the area and I have to say customer service was just as horrible as the food. Bread was super salty, and when I brought it up the lady seemed upset about it.

Second time this has happened from this location. No dressing and no sides. Like my whole family has their salads and no dressing. Orders delivery as we’ve got sick kids. They said we could come pick it up. Lame. Second time. Don’t order delivery from here, they clearly don’t check their orders and provide ZERO help when they mess it up.

The turkey sandwich my friend had was great but they don't have any gluten free bread so I wasn't able to get a sandwich. Also, they were short-staffed the day I visited and we could only order take out at the door.

This review is only to attest to the dankness of their mac and cheese. It's the best in the entire quick service restaurant market. Prove me wrong!

I always forget how meager the portions are at Panera. They certainly price things like there should be more food, but the actual amount for any plate (other than baked goods) is a tapas portion at best. This location is okay, the parking lot is a bit of a beast since it's at the Lakewood Mall, but if you come for coffee and to get some work done, it'll probably be a good spot for you.

Sophia was the nicest worker! She had great customer service and prepared my food at Lightning speed, and it tasted great! Definitely will return.

Food is good.Sanchwich and soup with a Christmas cookie for desert!

I had a handful of issues with my panera experience here.1) I don't think it is this location's fault but a panera problem in general: I ordered food online and by the time I got there to pick it up they were out of half of my order. Very disappointing. In my opinion, the app shouldn't let you order food if the location is almost out.2) They had to refund me and they got the amount wrong so I had to hand her the money back and she had to redo the transaction. I was already upset that I wasn't going to get half my food so this was particularly annoying. Also I feel that refunds should be more exact, she didn't consult any kind of receipt for what I was getting a refund for. There is a lot of room for error here and the location could easily lose money processing returns this way without consulting any kind of receipt and only taking the customer's word for it.3) I got a text that said my order was ready so I went in and it wasn't even completed yet.

Service and staff are great. The food is alright, not worth the price in my opinion. Panera bread should stick to more breakfast based foods rather than pizza and lunch type foods. Overall, I will visit again especially during cold seasons.
