The drinks were good and the apps were good. I recommend the fried buffalo cauliflower, the taste really impressed me. The service was just a little slow but that was because they were understaffed, something too common during these times. Staff was still friendly and did their best with getting food out promptly. I would return here again.
I came here on a slow night and the vibe was chill. The place looks very modern with a lot of TV’s. UFC fight nights seem very popular. Two pool tables are available if you can get one. A fiend had the tuna melt which they said was very good. The other customers food looked good too. The touch tunes music played older genres.
We sang karaoke there on Wednesday night and it was so much fun, the food is amazing!! Can't wait to go beck.
I’ve been to this spot a couple of times and have enjoyed my visits, but recently I had an uncomfortable encounter with their security. I’ve never experienced this when going, but he made me and my party extremely uncomfortable. When entering he was being verbally abusive and then literally stood in front of our table watching us while we were eating. We were very confused about what was going on. I’m not sure if the bar lets him treat customers like this, but it is not acceptable. Try to avoid him because he will harass you.
First time. Great atmosphere. Food and service was excellent. A guitarist/singer came and was in the background. Have something going on all the time. Checkout. We will be back.
Well my sandwhich was pretty good, just was bummed about the time frame between our first drink and the 2nd round. Felt like we got forgotten, counted 15 other patrons get served drinks before we got our next round as the came in after the fact that our drink order was taken. Buzz was gone by the time we finally got our drinks so it was a crashing spiraling feeling and not the "yay I'm having a good time feeling". Was really disappointed, had high expectations for this visit and it just seemed to nose dive after our drinks were done.And i guess you are automatically charged a gratuity of 20% on top of your bill no matter the size of your group or what your ordering. No mention of this policy anywhere. I have no issue tipping, but i prefer like any normal person to decide the amount on that. But be put into a corner to be forced to put a specific amount separate from the bill.
This is by far the best place in Lakewood. If you're looking for an ice cold beer and some delicious food, O'Connor's is the spot! I'm not talking about your average "bar food" either. We moved to Lakewood in 2020 & we've been coming here since they opened after the remodel. If you're in the area, you have to check it out! And while you're there, say hello to our favorite bartenders Tony, Bri, and Justine!
First time here . I'm literally writing this while I'm in here ..walked in . It was a packed house. The workers working security were the best! They made sure once an available seat was free to make me aware of it... That's what matters the most.. for bar employees to be atentive.. went for a drink and waited under 5 min in the bar section . Loved it here . Will definitely recommend to all my friends .. come out here and have a drink
Prices were way up there for location and products served .... nice clean space but prices are asking a lot
This is a hidden little gem. We live near by and this place has been around a long time so we have been here a few times over the years. But it was nothing special. Recently we rediscovered O'Connor Irish Pub. They have recently remodeled it. It is clean and bright and if you are in the mood for Bar food..this place puts there own spin on the items and everything we have tries so far is delicious.
