Did not fulfill the order from mobile gave my food to someone else and did not compensate me after charging my card 6.93 after I had spoken with someone on phone 3 times and 2 people in the parking lot about my order and for them to tell me they already gave it to me and I assured them they did not. I was late to a conference call I should have had plenty of time to get on Keep your 6.93 and I’m telling anyone I can about this absolutely inexcusable experience that I’m sure no one will respond to. But I’m not happy and I’ve never had this poor of an experience at any McDonalds and so sad it is in my home town of Lakewood
So I didn’t take a pic of it but when I got my bag, the fries were put in upside down. Not only that but I asked for extra sauce on my sandwich and the put the sauce on the side. I ask for no pickles and there was pickles. Not to mention my bread was well done which I also didn’t ask for. I work at a different McDonald’s. I feel like I was given someone else’s sandwich out of laziness.
Why do they have happy meals and the crew ain't smiling? Give them a happy meal lord the sun is shining and y'all are working hard be proud of what you're doing for you and smile.
Last Wednesday, the 16th. I bought a cheeseburger and value fries. A meal is less than 7 bucks. I got my bank statement, and they charged my card 17 dollars. Do not use your card at the place! They will steal from you!!!

This place forever gets orders wrong. I either have to wait for them to give me the right order or they forget to put an item I ordered. All the while having an attitude as if I were bothering them. It's was a while since I been at the particular McDonald's, and today they assured me why I don't come to this I one especially when I live just 5 minutes away.
Great customer service, fast friendly service and fresh food. I would definitely return to this location nased on the quality of the food and the OUTSTANDING customer service. Wish that all Mcdonalds were like this one.

The fries are NEVER fresh or hot AND they're always brown in color. Brown fries = old grease. If you ask to wait for fresh ones they still give you old ones. Disgusting.
The drive through took extremely long (not during rush hour) that I almost cut off the car while waiting! Then at the 1st window to pay, the cashier didn't give my correct amount. She did notice, but had to leave to get a key to reopen her register....more time! Also both my orders were incorrect & had to wait additional time at the pick-up window. Not sure if "every" employee was new but not a pleasant experience.
