On June 6th 2022 around 6:30 pm. I went to the location on Del Amo and Lakewood blvd. on the corner next to the Lakewood Mall. I went through the drive thru. I ordered a QPC Deluxe combo with the burger cooked well done. I waited patiently for my special ' ordered QPC combo. When they gave me my order I thanked the drive thru order runner. I never looked at my order. I thought ' how could they make my sandwich wrong?' I drove the 5 minutes home. Changed clothes and sat down to eat. Was I disappointed ?. They put so much manyonase on my sandwich that it could cover 4 slices of QPC burger buns. All I did was asked for my burger to be cooked 'well done". Where did I go wrong?? ???. I am giving up eating at fast food places for a long time. ✌️
Went right now for breakfast. they said "Mc Donald's does server breakfast anymore" I asked "doesn't mc Donald's server breakfast all day" she says "no I been here for 10 years and we always stopped at 11am" I told her "mam u dont represent every mc Donald's and most do serve breakfast all day, it's promoted everyday. She replies "well you can leave and fo to another one"...never coming back here. And hope this mc Donald's does some changes before they talk to someone who will take this differently.
This location is hit or miss. Both times I’ve been my drink has tasted really off. Sometimes the food is cooked either too long or not long enough.

Terrible customer service and they always run out of items.
The line was extra long and I guess they had a new person at the check stand during the dinner rush
Now after school for my 4 year old grandson is chicken nuggets,hamburger and fries....He loves McDonald's
