I ordered 18 sandwiches and 18 chips for customers of mine. I created the order an hour before this location opened at 11:00 a.m. and schedule the order for 12:00 p.m. when I called ahead at 11:30 a.m. the two girls working on the order said it would be ready early at 11:45. This store is clean these employees are professional and they really took care of me and I greatly appreciate them!
The food was good and the people were nice.
I left a one star review here on October 3rd based off my experience. I took a screenshot of it and just as suspected, it was deleted. Again, don’t trust google reviews, Yelp is more accurate. This place is complete garbage, from how the employees make the food to its customer service.
Staff is friendly and efficient. The restaurant is clean and the food is delicious. Definitely coming back!
First I'll start by stating that I love Jimmy John's, a lot.But this location is horrible and has been since they opened.I've never had a good experience at this location.It's always something with this store, the usual failures include bread that could double as tree bark, dry cuz they forget to add mayo, or they forget to alert me when the order is ready for pickup.Then owner started charging $4 for a two block delivery. Really?I really wish Google would let me upload the video I took of me scraping the hard bread with a guitar pick and having to press it through the crust, it was like a eating a sandwich made with kettle chips instead of bread.I only use them for FREE sandwiches that I've earned at other locations.While usually it is hard to complain about a free sandwich, this Jimmy John's begs to be critiqued.

Takes >15 minutes to for 3 people to make 2 sandwiches when I am only customer.Its not because they are splitting a large sandwich with pickles on only one side... that is impossible.Well, at least they were all having a good time.In the past it was 2 minutes and done. They are off their peak.And i get home and they also messed up my order, no, not on top of their game.
