One of the best Jack in the box I ever been to very good service and all the other Jack in the box
I was a little iffy about visiting this location since it was rated at 2.5 stars and I can definitely tell you they've earned it.Staff is not managed very efficiently, very young crowd manning the stations and it doesn't seem like anyone is actively coaching them, they are just going through the motions.I had to return a sourdough sandwich because it was poorly toasted and although an attempt was made to supply me with a new sandwich it still didn't make the mark. I returned to my car only to find that my order of jalapeño poppers were over cooked and I was done by then, I wasn't going to waste my time getting a replacement.First and last visit to this location. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I know some reviews are personalized and subjective, but this place definitely earned their ratings. It's too bad because although I'm happy that they employ many young workers, they don't coach them very well.
They closed the dinning room, for take out again. . I had to go and use their drive thru in order to get food. They kinda wasted my time as live in the neighborhood..

1\13\22 about 12:50 a.m. Just got some cold tacos and a very old, cold, dry, shriveled up burger patty in my Jumbo Jack that was most likely cooked at least an hour ago. This has never happened before when I buy a Jumbo Jack here and it's never going to happen again, because I'm going to the other Jack in the Box on Bellflower blvd. and Ramona st. from now on. You can thank your lazy cook for that.
Window attendant drop my change to the ground by not handing my bills and coins separately, and didnt even apologize for doing it.not going there again
Ordered here, the wait itself was already about 15 mins just to place a order. When I finally got a chance to order the cashier taking the order was rude. My fries were extremely hard, not the kind of hard where it's a little crunchy but still edible. These fries were hard like the type you'd find under your car seat after four days and they were cold. To make matters worse I was missing part of my order but since we had already drive away before we decided to start looking thru our bag we just chalked it up as a lost.
Jumbo Jack with cheese I have to wait extra 10 min. to get my coffee. Coffee was cold
Love their well done tacos but the location on santa fe and rosecrans in city of Compton never listens when I order well done :(
I ordered online and went to go pick it up. The location is closed...basically paid for nothing...it said they were still openUpdate: went back when they opened and they said my order never went through and I had to call the app..so basically they took my money...no help at all or assistance..
