As a young boy in the 1950s I watched them build the ihop on Lakewood blvd in Lakewood Cal. I was so excited about it and my mother promised me I would be there first customer when they opened. And she made it happen! Wonderful memories!!

The food was very good. I had the sirloin tops. Yummy!

Our server was outstanding, his name is Juan great service made our day???

The CFS wasn't that good. It was thin and kind of hard. On a scale of one to five, it was a TWO. The hash browns were room temperature and didn't seem freshly cooked. The pancakes were good, although I should have asked for melted butter. It had been about three years since I'd visited an IHOP (not this particular one). I really expected better. The young lady who was my server was very attentive. She approached me at least four times after my meal had been served, asking if everything was alright, did I need anything else, etc.But I think I'm done with IHOP. I'll try Norm's up the street next.

Breakfast was good and so was the service. Portions very large and a bit pricey. Could be smaller and then make them cheaper. 2 people, $35

2nd time I see roaches . Very disappointed in there cleaning methods

Another Lakewood franchise that doesn't live up to its reputation. Discriminates against single customers. The consensus is the wasted effort for one person. With the anticipation of loss than for a smaller gratuity. Look out Norms here I come!!!

THIS is the IHOP to go to if you're in Long Beach or surrounding cities.I had a hunch to try a new IHOP since the one on Bellflower sank my faith, and this restored it in full force. My waitress was sweet. She was personable, prompt, and even though she was busy, she made sure to take care of my table. There was a visible manager on duty and he kept things in order, without chaos. The decor here was obviously newer, and I feel as though walking through a bit of the kitchen to be seated was strange, but I understand space was limited. The food. Oh man.It seems like the menu always seems to expand. My boyfriend got some feast of eggs, bacon, pancakes, and goodness knows what else.In the end his plates were empty, so it was delicious.I ordered the stuffed French toast, by itself. The inner child in me was elated for the amount of sugar.I ate all of that wonderfully sugary mess. Please do have a plate for yourself. Then lots and lotsssss of water hah

Did not like at all food was cold no flavor the help was nice but I won't be going back

Delicious and place was clean and staff wash there hands, clean tables, clean
