2 stars because I’ve heard good things, but unfortunately wasn’t able to try. It’d be really nice if the business would have its correct hours posted on Google so we don’t waste time, and especially gas, to get to the shop just for it to be closed.
Love that they have Dole Whip!
This was absolutely one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had. The staff(being 2 associates) was extremely rude. And everything we ordered was horrible. The ice cream was melted. The churros were stale. And the shake I ordered tasted like icy watered down milk. I hope this wasn't an experience anyone else had. It was definitely NOT worth my money.
I asked for cookies and cream rolled ice cream. Instead I got rolled vanilla ice cream with cookies on the side.
To pricey and shaved iced had no flavor
If your looking to grab something and spend forever getting your food come here. 3 items took 20min for them to make and they only had 1 person in front of me. They walk around like their lost in their own store, and the employee had to keep coming back to the receipt to see what else he needed to make. It's 3 items, it hasn't changed. Now I know why you work at an ice cream shop.

Horrible customer service. Waited over 25 minutes and no one greeted us. One of the employees kept on touching and playing with her hair and mask (no gloves BTW). Walked out since they never took my order. Will NOT come back.
The Asai bowl could use less topping, but the cookies and cream shake w cotton candy was awesome, I was blown away at the fact that the cotton candy tasted like cookies and cream!!!
