Worst experience ever due to Audrey. The food is good, atmosphere is upbeat. Mario our usual waiter is the best! Unfortunately, this time we had to ask Audrey for service but if you can avoid being served by her, do so. She is so rude and disrespectful, a very unwelcoming person. While changing the grill, she let the grease fall into our drinks and food. She has no customer service skills and walks away as you are speaking. When she finally would bring the food or pour sauces, she had no consideration for spilling anything. She never came around to see if we needed anything else. The rest of the staff is so attentive and kind but not her. She acts so innocent when the owner is present. Walk out, if she is the one attending you. She is horrible and will ruin your experience.
This place is good! I love their Korean pancake and sides !!They're quick with bringing out the food too!
Waiters are very attentive, restaurant automatically charges 18% tip with a table of 5 even if they’re babies.
Ice cream! That's why we came here.And our damage was $10 extra for left over meats....boo! But that policy is everywhere for kbbq. I was greedy ordered too much haha but hey, ice cream saved the day at the end.Friendly services/staffs, attentive. Meats were large portion, definately a lot for 2 ppl like us.
No fancy lights or club scene, just the best service I have ever received at a restaurant like this. Servers were quick to bring plates of meat. Quality of food was very good. Servers were friendly and responsive to our requests. Large televisions located thru out the restaurant. I would definitely return here over other popular locations nearby.
Love it here, it’s a grate place to come and eat with the family and the ice cream is the best here. The only thing is that sometimes I think they forget that your there and it takes them a good min to come and ask if we need something ells. But other then that the employees are nice
This is a bang for your buck Korean BBQ spot. The meat choices are good for the A Menu, and is what I usually get. The meat is tasty, and there are a good amount of little side dishes. I really like the beef bulgogi and spicy squid. Also, the service is pretty good on the weekdays.
Best kbbq in Lakewood. The price, service and food is amazing. Keep in mind, last seating is at 9pm. Be here before 9pm for a for sure spot. It does get busy, but worth it.
Worst Korean bbq restaurant I had tried many in past years. They did not turn on the ventilation, the whole restaurant full of strong bbq smell, and playing too loud rap music. All you can eat listed 15 items that only pick 3 items. 15 items include rice in small metal bowl, was cooked too soft, green salad also within the 15 items. IF I am wrong, you can check it out. For sure I will never go back and not my friends too to this place.
This is my go to kbbq. It's close to home. The service is good and consistent. The meat quality is good. The only thing I don't care for is how small the parking lot is but 9/10 you'll be fine and find a spot. Overall best kbbq spot in the area
