The worst experience I've had ordering onlineThen to top it off they ran out of items and wanted to replace it with less expensive items and didn't want to offer a refund
Horrible experience. I always go here but lately the quality has slipped. Not once, but three times they messed up or forget to give me items in my order. Very disappointed. Three times i had to drive back to go correct the order. Wont be coming back to this location. Very understaffed.
One of the best things for me is you can eat inside the restaurant!! Is clean and the food is good!! Friendly staff and affordable prices!! I had a great experience coming back over here!! ??
Ordered tamales from here. It taste exactly how it looks. Depressing.
Is my 1st drive-through experience at this El pollo loco which was really quick staff was extremely friendly however I believe since I didn't order is any avocado mix or condiments they didn't give me silverware or napkins to eat with my food. Chicken was a little over cooked but I'm ok with that. Mash potatoes were hot and good.
Some may say I'm too quick to leave a 1 star review. I didn't want to have to do this because i did enjoy the food from here when they used to still have it.This is the second I've come here and been told they can not complete my order because they are out of chicken.You heard me right. OUT OF CHICKEN!!I'm writing this at 630pm ..they are still open until 10pm today. For what ? Why even be there? Do you think people will buy enough sides to pay all the employees and rent? I don't think so. Just go home.

Great chicken! I'm a Southerner and a self proclaimed connoisseur of chicken...lol. This was an excellent change from what I'm used to.
Good food but they have the tendency to leave things out of my order through the drive-thru (salsas, cilantro, other small extras...)
It’s ok, AC been out for months, super hot in there, dinning room can be cleaned better, sticky floors, and chicken is a little over cooked
