Great customer service Lobby was actually clean today and friendly Leadership and Cashier. today visit was impressive ??? great change keep up the good work and clean restaurant is a plus I ended up eating in and I always take out but today I dined in great job ?

Gave it a 1 star cuz 1. Dinning areas are always dirty..: .. 2. The mens restroom smells so bad .. never clean.. 3. The drink area is in need a deep clean ..The dirtiest location In area ..
Good service but poor quality food. Chicken breast dry, chips had an odd taste, and the guacamole was ?????? Terrible flavor and seasoning.
Have mixed feelings about this location. I have visited this place at a minimum of six times and the service has been good and bad. Mostly bad unfortunately. Maybe management should conduct customer treatment training. The inside of this El Pollo Loco has always been clean, grounds are well maintained and there has been plenty of parking space available during each visit.
The meat was juice and tasty. You could pull meat, right off the bone. But, in some places you got to watch out for is pieces of feathers. Found pieces of feathers stuck in the skin. No El Pollo Loco here on Oahu, Hawaii. Had to bring a whole food container full of chicken back home and surprise wife with some good juice and tasty El Pollo Loco.
They were really understaffed and still managed to be polite, and serve the best hot chocolate ?.
Food was hot and tasty. Will definitely be back.

For some reason, many of the staff here do not understand "No Pico de gallo". I have wasted over $40 over the last few years because I keep getting a bowl loaded full of tomatoes! Manager offered to refund but I don't want to spend 40 min getting there, waiting and getting home at 8:30pm.Will not be returning to this location.
